I was awoken to the sound of rain colliding with the earth. The soothing sound and cold winds that made my skin shiver only caused me pain as my muscles were still torn and sore. The rain had begun to build up and there was a thin puddle covering everything in sight.
The trees swayed in the wind as the water that was built up on the leaves was blown off. The dense and dark clouds blocked out most of the light, setting a gloomy atmosphere. 'How long has it been?' I asked, trying to remember exactly where I was and why.
[You've slept for 4 days. It is critical that you drink water or you will die of dehydration]
'I think I can manage to do that.' I fell over from leaning against the tree and rolled onto my back, getting covered in muddy water in the process. I opened my mouth and let the water fall in. The rain was pouring extremely hard and the sound of it hitting the ground blocked out every other noise. I didn't realize it earlier but my lips were extremely dry.
I had a horrible headache as the pain kept surging through me. I looked at my leg and it had twisted back forward and was facing the right way, but it still hurt exponentially. 'Oh yeah, I remember now. I was running away from the wolves and I crashed here.' I took a huge gulp of water as a chill surged through my body from within. 'My stomach must be completely empty. How am I healing at such a fast pace?'
[The system has been distributing all of your body's available energy to healing instead of keeping you awake. It is reccomended that you eat something if you want to recover faster.]
'I don't think I can walk yet. Hunting is out of the question.' I relaxed my back as I closed my eyes and let the rain beat over my bruised and bloodied body. My wings were torn worse than I remember, but my memory is kind of hazy. 'It hurts just to think.' With that I stopped using my brain and became one with nature. A non moving object that just wants to exist.

'I'm not looking too good. I'm gonna need to make some purchases from the shop.'
I pulled up my inventory and examined how much money I have. '11 silver and 43 Bronze coins. I hope that's enough to buy something to help me.' I called up the store and scrolled through the items and potions tab. There were small, medium, and large health potions. Each having a different price. 'Will drinking a health potion heal me faster?'
[Yes. Medium grade health potions and above will be effective in healing you. Small health potions won't do much to help in your current state.]
I bought the medium grade health potion for 10 silver and it was put in my inventory. 'That cost nearly everything I had.' I was sad but living is more important than hoarding money. I selected the health potion and it appeared beside my hand. 'Im going to have to sit up and drink this myself aren't I? Man this is going to hurt.'
I forced myself to lean up against the tree. Several strange popping noises were made when I forced myself to move as more surges of pain spread throughout my body. The rain drowning out my cries of pain. After catching my breath and settling down, I lifted up my left hand and grabbed the potion. My left arm was in a much better state than my right but it was still heavily injured.
I suffered through it and lifted the potion up and used my teeth to rip off the cap as I gulped it down, chugging the entire thing in seconds. Afterwards I dropped it from my mouth and let the empty container roll away. The pain started going away as the rocks that were crammed in my arm were getting pushed out and the skin was reforming itself.
Some bones in my body were popping and coming back together but I didn't feel any pain. Some of my fingers that had broke and were protruding in odd directions were snapping back in place. My headache was gone as the rest of my body was being healed at an exponential rate.
'I can move!' I made a fist and opened my hand back up and there was no pain. I checked my stats once more and my Hp was now at 132/185. 'Most of the potion was probably used to heal the more serious injuries and ignored the smaller ones.' I stood up and stretched my body. Parts of my body like my right ankle were still hurting but it was nothing compared to what I was feeling earlier.

'I'm pretty close to leveling up again.' I started limping towards a large puddle on the ground. 'I don't care how dirty it is, im thirsty.' I got down on all fours and started drinking from the puddle on the grass. Afterwards I got up and checked my inventory. I was curious to what the cloak of deception did as it would be my first E+ Ranked equipment.

'It sounds pretty weak but I can think of a lot of situations where this would come in handy. I'll definetely wear this from now on.' I equipped it an a long black and grey cloak covered my body down to my knees. I took it off and cut little holes where my wings could come out and a place where my tail can move freely.
I put it back on and tested out the ability and an image exactly like me stood in front of me, copying my every move. I though about it moving on its own and it did as I thought. I cancelled the skill and found out it has a 5 hour cool down. 'I'm really starting to feel like a rogue mage.' I equipped my boar tusk shortsword and started limping back to the boar dungeon. 'I'm just going to play it safe until I hit level 15.'
I spent my last silver on a single small grade health potion and drank it, which healed my injured ankle and all the sore muscles in my body. My Hp was finally fully restored as I felt brand new. I jumped around and even flew in the air a bit. I swung my shortsword around a few times, still celebrating my fast recovery. I planned to save up money in the future so I could always have a small supply of small and medium health potions on me.
I also planned on buying the same grade mana potions some day as they would also be extremely useful. I flew at full speed back to the boar dungeon as I was going to massacre everything there until I hit level 15. Then I would go through my evolution and head to the nearest human civilization.
The reasons I wanted to go were gold, information, training, and maybe join a guild. I had no proof guilds even existed but I was fairly positive they did as it would be a profitable business with all these dungeons and monsters roaming around in nature.
