'My current stats with my gear equipped are so much higher than what they were just 2 weeks ago. I can't wait to see what they'll be after my evolution.' I walked out of the slime dungeon, not bothering to further massacre the rest of the helpless slimes or their boss. I continued to walk for a pretty long time until I couldn't see the clear valley under the moonlight.
I sat down between three trees that stood close to one another. I then dug a huge crater and gathered a bunch of leaves and sticks to lay as cover just in case I am rendered unconscious or immobile from the process of evolving. I sat in my self-made hole with the pile of leaves and sticks as a make-shift roof above me.
I pulled up my [MENU] and went straight to evolution. There were two options that I had made the requirements for. One being a Crescent Nyre and the other a Half-Life Nyre. I chose the latter as it would be most convenient and fit my expectations of the future class I wanted to become one day.

I waited and watched the timer as I stretched my body while in my hole. I unequipped my gear just in case and lay back while prepping myself mentally. 'I have been working so hard for this moment. This will mark the first huge step in my goal to get revenge for my clan.' I was carried away by my thoughts of increased strength and powerful abilities I would hopefully get.

'Here we go!' Were the last thoughts I remember having as my vision became blurry and I fell unconscious.
Suddenly I was standing in an empty field that stretched out forever. The short grass and black sky were the only things I could see besides the dense fog that surrounded me. As the seconds passed the fog seemed to grow more and more dense. I tried to speak but my voice was silent.
The grass turned into a large lake and I fell in the water. It was freezing cold as chunks of ice floated above me. No matter how hard I tried to swim I couldn't move. I just continued to hold my breath and sink.
It got to the point where I was about to suffocate and I couldn't hold my breath any longer. I succumbed to my urge to breathe and surprisingly I could breathe just fine. I caught my breath as I sunk deeper and deeper into the water until it was pitch black. I felt as if I was floating in the middle of space itself as little sparkles started surrounding me.
They looked like distant stars as more and more started popping up. So many popped up that my vision was turning pure white then suddenly a half human half Nyre was staring back at me in a blank white box that seemed to expand infinitely.
Its face was that of a Human however it still kept the long pointy and hairy ears and short fangs coming from its top layer of teeth. It had medium-length black hair that seemed to flare up at the tips in seemingly random directions. Its eye color was a golden orange and it had a cocky smirk on its face. It started to approach me until it was only an inch from my face. Then it said something I couldn't quite make out. It sounded like... a number?
"AH!" I took deep breaths as I sat up. I was sweating profusely in my hole. I got up and climbed out after moving the sticks and leaves out of my way. I got out and examined my body. Nearly every part of my body was human except the features I had in my dream. I still had my tail and wings, however, my wings weren't as big as before.
I looked at my hands and feet and they still had sharp claws protruding from them. As I was looking down I noticed I was...NAKED! I immediately freaked out and tried to cover myself up but realized no one was around. I equipped my coat but I still felt extremely uncomfortable. I walked out of the woods while still trying to get used to my new form.

'Woah, that's a lot. I can feel the difference in my strength! I wonder what my rank would be considered in human standards.' With my thoughts inconsistently jumping from one idea to another like a fascinated kid, I walked out of the woods in my new human body. I tried flying and it was decently harder than before.
'With a bit more practice I'm sure I could get the hang of it.' I equipped two boar shortswords and started attacking some slimes just to test my new jump in power and I easily killed 6 slimes under 30 seconds.

I unequipped my boar shortswords but kept my coat on. 'Even though I am a Demi now, it will still be suspicious if I show up to a city without any shoes and only a coat on. I'll need to use [Morph] to get in. I upgraded morph 2 more times and examined the skill once more.

'That should be enough to get in and buy some clothes. Wait, how much do clothes cost??? I also need to sell some gear and I don't know where these facilities will be at. Looks like more skill points are going into [Morph]' I sighed as I dumped 3 more points into the skill.
Now I had 2 and a half hours of time and still 3 hours of cool down. 'This Is all worth it in the end.' I continued to walk down the road as the sun was beginning to rise. After walking until early morning, Just over the hills at the end of the vast open fields, I could see stone walls coming into view.
I picked up my pace as I sprinted towards the huge walls. I've finally made it! I found a human civilization!' I used [Morph] before I came into view of the guards and changed myself into a 20-year-old looking man with stubble and long black hair. I had black robes covering me and a long buster sword on my back.
I made sure my voice was old and croaky before approaching the gate in the walls any further. The two guards looked extremely bored as I approached them. One being overweight and short while the other one was tall and skinny.
"Do you have an Id?" The fat one asked in a monotone voice.
"No, I just traveled from my village in the mountains for the first time. I heard this place was much better than where I lived from a merchant so I decided to move here." I croaked. 'Please buy it.'
"Alright, make sure you stop by the City Hall or Adventurers Guild and buy an ID while your in, whichever suits your fancy. If we see you pass these gates again without an ID we'll be forced to arrest you." The guards said in unison. 'They really couldn't care less. They sound like robots.'
"I understand" I said in my old man voice that I was beginning to love.
"OPEN THE GATE!" The fat one yelled and two archers that were on the stone wall started turning two wheels together and the iron gate started opening itself. I walked in and was immediately astonished by what I saw.
"It's...beautiful" I muttered.
