"Anyways, as you know at the end of the year each of you will be given exams to test your knowledge and skills of everything that you are learned so far. I can't stress how important is it for you to revise everything you learned so far from me and what you are about to learn. In today's lecture, I will be giving you the topics we are studied, studying right now and about to study." Sir Eli says.
Meanwhile, Yoshua was dozing off and sleeping. Sir Eli catching on, call out to him and says:
"Yoshua what did I say last?"
''Hahaha what a loser.'' Ryan whispers to Europhrian.
''YOSHUA!'' Sir Eli yells.
Yoshua instantly springs back from his slumber and begins to look around in daze. He notices Sir Eli's anger and begins to tremble. Sir Eli continues to say:
''Am I boring you?!'' Sir Eli questions aggressively.
''Sir I just wanted to say that you wearing an amazing outfit today.'' Yoshua said out of desperation because he didn't even know what to say. Rather moments ago he was sleeping.
''Bribing me won't work Yoshua.'' Sir Eli stated.
Europhrian laughs uncontrollably.
''Europhrian why are you laughing? What did I last say huh?!'' Sir Eli asks.
"Hm? Hm?" Europhrian says while clearing his throat.
"Nothing sir!" he continues.
"And you Lebanon you so look so uninterested that I may as well go home now!" Sir Eli shouts.
Lebanon, Euphorian and Yoshua all sit in trembling because of Sir Eli's furious rage.
"Rabbi, How can we win the tournament and I got to Shiloh." Lime asks.
Lebanon, Euphorian and Yoshua all say in their minds:
"I LOVE YOU LIME!" This was because she directed Sir Eli's anger away from those three and changed the topic.
"First, you need to pass the exams before thinking about Shiloh."
"Wait, I though passing the tournament meant that you could go to Shiloh straight away though?!" Lebanon shouts.
Sir Eli throws a book at Lebanon.
"OW!" He yells as it hit his forehead.
Sir Eli shouts back:
"First of all you need knowledge and wisdom to pass the exams! Plus, no matter how physically capable you may be, you must be able to know basic academic things that will help you in the future."
"Why is everything getting so much more complicated now though?" Lebanon responds while holding his head.
"There is a procedure to everything." Sir Eli responds while walking up to Lebanon\s desk and grabbing the book he threw at his head.
"Anyways, the exams are split into many sections. First, Math, Language and History and also Geography."
"Why so many topics though?" Lydia asked.
"Well it's because these four are extremely important as they all work together. You must be able to calculate lay of lands through your geographical ability-"
Meanwhile Lebanon remembered the time he followed a straight road when he first woke up in that forest when he first saw the old man.
"As well as that, you must be able to assess and estimate how many enemies you have and how many methods you can beat them, as well as that you must learn few languages to communicate with other countries and so we can do negotiations easily." Sir Eli continued.
"Oh, I see. So all these correlate so they can help us in the future right?" Lydia questioned once again.
"Yes, indeed." Sir Eli responded.
"But sir, if these topics are so important, how come they give us such low points?" Lydia asked.
"Well, even as I said knowledge is power, it's not all powerful. No matter how much knowledge or wisdom you have, if you are physically incapable of saving yourself from a disastrous situation then all your wisdom is from naught. Remember, no matter how much wisdom you have it can't save you from all situations." Sir Eli said.
"Hm, ok thank you sir." Lydia responded.
"You're welcome. Now, I will begin talking about how we will change our lesson schedule to pass all the exams. I haven't told you this before but I don't like to lose. You have competition against various classes and you guys are considered the lowest. Although I know that many of you are extremely capable of surpassing all those high classes. Don't fail me now." Sir Eli stated.
"YES SIR!" The whole class responded.
Everybody became motivated because the upcoming tournament. Lebanon, Euphorian, Lydia, Nathaniel, Yoshua, Ryan, Lime, and Leah including many others. These will be the children who prevail. But that is a story for later.
