''Now everyone sits down it's time for us to begin'' Rabbi Eli says
In response to this the class the decision to sit down, but in sitting down it's as if a new character in each of them stood up, they all knew who they were, It was so obvious that someone had changed about them it was so obvious so clear to see that each of them had a point to prove something that they wanted to world to see, a hidden power hidden between every single one of those students. Rabbi Eli knew exactly what he was doing; he wanted his students to teach him their weaknesses so he could teach them how to be strong.
''Now! If we are to develop your strengths we must first establish your weakness, but before we do that I want each one of you to write your weakness down on this piece of paper that I am giving out. After you receive your name use your daily supply of ink to write down only one weakness that you think may be a barrier to your success at winning the tournament, after doing this come to my table and put your paper in this box, further instructions will be given after you complete this task'' Rabbi Eli continues
While Rabbi Eli was speaking he was giving out the piece of paper that he mentioned, he gave it to the whole class and sat down, for about 30 minutes straight there was nothing but complete silence in the room, you could see the seriousness and tension in each and everyone one of the classmates. They all had a point to prove a goal to achieve and this weakness was almost seen as a there only and chance to gain new strength.
Europhrian looks at the piece of paper and begins to write, Lydia also and then Yoshua, then Nathaniel, then lime than the others in the classroom. Meanwhile, Lebanon is looking at the window the whole time.
''Ok students it's time for you to submit your paper'' In hearing this the students one by one put their paper inside the box and return to their sits when each person put the piece of paper instead of the box you could see what that piece of paper meant to them it meant a lot it was their ticket out of slavery out of a box out of the shame of being the last and seen as nothing from the School of All. Each student had a point to prove and they would stop at nothing to achieve their goals. After everyone finished putting the paper instead of the box everyone returned to their seats, in doing this Rabbi Eli who before was sitting down now raises to address his class.
''Dear students, this box that I hold in my hand shows each and everyone one of your weaknesses, this is the weakness of the whole class, the reason why people think we will fail and not achieve. In my hand holds the weakness and the shame that outsiders and our enemies rivalries use as a laughing stock against us. But this is what I say unto this box will be the roadmap to our success, we will use our weakness as a guide to developing our strength''.
''Now lime step forward please and please read out a list of the weakness that was written in this box'' Rabbi Eli says, Lime responses with a ''of course Rabbi no problem'' then she goes to the front of the desk and grabs the box from Rabbi Eli, in doing this she picks one of the pieces of paper out and she reads ''Fear''. "That's very good Lime'' Rabbi Eli responds, he continues by saying ''So students what is the opposite of fear'' the class is quiet for a moment ''Faith?'' Lydia answers in a soft voice ''Exactly" Rabbi Eli responds. He continues by saying ''Faith is the opposite of Fear but for us to have faith we need to believe and for us to believe we need to have a good source that will allow us to have enough belief and faith in what we want to achieve which in this case is our skill level. It's obvious from this that you are not yet comfortable with your abilities which you will need to work hard on for you to reach your desired goal which is to win the student to crusader tournament''.
It's truly amazing and surprising and Rabbi Eli just used one word to fully describe and analyze the situation at hand, he was able to predict and currently see from one word what exactly was going on in that student's mind and from that moment everyone in this class knew that Sir Eli meant business.
