The climb is quick using the ice darts that Tau left behind. The stone of the tower is too smooth to be have been built without magic. Pilo even licked it since it looks so clean the stone reminds him of a birth stone. It's a dark super smooth stone used when goblins give birth the cooling stone stops them from going crazy. The senses of a goblin at birth are all triggered by all the new sensation the birth stone cooling dampens all of that. Pilo looks around he has stopped enjoying the smoothness of the stone, the tower looks endless.
Pilo can't see any of the leaders, he can't even smell them. Pilo takes a breath leaning against the rock just enjoying it for a while. The cool stops his panick, his thoughts of his youth like a balm on the wound that is his life.
Pilo remembers the wart on his mothers face, her grey eyes and constant drinking of blood. She would make him and Impi fight for food her crackling laughs. She would call food time the blood bowl. Pilo thinks about how warm and secure his world was with her fighting with Impi used to be so much fun as he always won always got the blood and always got her attention. Her scar thing his back feeding him leeches and blood baths.
Pilo thaws out of the memory the stone has grown over his hands a little, he moves up the tower. The coldness making it hard to move. The blue sky above encompassing, all consuming, from his vantage Pilo can no longer see the top of the tower. He climbs and as much as he can. Looking down now there is nothing no ground, just tower. The sky and ground are one and the same to him infinite spaces that are too far away to be of any help.
Pilo scents a terrible heart breaking fear, it comes from the depth of his tiny soul. His body damp and cold his own sweat making it even harder to push on. He climbs on his every move making him feel worse, the possibility of being left behind without... He can't even bring himself to think about it. His thoughts go to how actions remembering how a few hours ago he was the one who deserted his own. Now that it is happening to him he wants to be rescued, he needs to belong to a group that won't leave him. His scent is strong desperation his thoughts making his already numb fingers Lethargic.
Pilo hates that he allowed himself an ounce of belief in Tau. He should have known better no real goblin leader would want someone who nearly got him killed as part of his banner no matter his words. He wont allow himself to ever trust anyone ever again. If he makes it out of this hell he will make sure to never trust anyone again. It will be better to just be alone.
"I'm going to bring him up," says Tau
"No he should totally suffer a while longer." Says Diana
"Why it does him no good?" Says Tau
"It's like experience if you need a reason." Says Diana
"It's a simple curse easily broken," says Tau
"It's easy for you, some us still have to slay our demons," says Diana remembering her horrific experience in the cocoon. Those vile hateful memories that now helped overcome this glamour. Unlike Tau who probably overcame his fear, Diana disrupted the curse and freed herself never actually dealing with the demon inside herself.
"What's that suppose to mean?" Asks Tau, her caught a hit of her scent this muddled version of it he doesn't like it at all.
"Like not everything can be solved by being you." Says Diana, she is hoping this gobo can conquer his fear. It is after all easier to do something if you know it can be done plus a little suffering for gobo will build his character.
"Okay but he can't die." Says Tau, who turns towards the treasure chest even if her words are harsh her scent is telling. She has concern for the gobo Tau. Palesa rubs his arm and They all move towards the treasure chest. The chest is made out of branches and a silver light can be seen coming from it. It has no lid or hatch just a box of branches.
"I can burn it," says Gcina a small flame appearing in her hand. Tau waves her down looking for any inscriptions on how to open the chest. The soil around it is kept in place by larger carved stones that form a circle. Tau rubs the faces of the stones clearing up years of residue. The stones are have no words just pictures of the sun rain and tree.
Tau starts by touching them in random order to see if anything happens, after a few moments...nothing. Dissappointed he tries his ice dart a small amount of permafrost appears over the rocks. Scenting his frustration Gcina pops off a small fireball. The sun symbol lights up, also the water symbol as his permaforst melts.
The tree starts to blossom as inside, a globe made of golden liquid, strong pulse of red mana at its center, a thin clear glass like structure in between the outter liquid metal enclosure and the red mana fluctuating. Gcina stretches out her hand and mutters,"impossible." Her mind works remembering her first reincarnation, the orb in front of her is a goblin legacy. They had fought for this single item for over ten years and now it stood in front.
"What's wrong?" Asks Palesa the amount of scents she smelled from Gcina made her skin ripple with goosebumps. Palesa thought it was like Gcina has seen a ghost or seen something terrifying and powerful, the hints of urine giving her a clue to the deep seated fear in Gcina.
"This is Dysorkin Sphere." Says Gcina, to to her she it's a full explanation.
"You mean like a Dyson Sphere," says Diana who walks up with a very pale and emaciated looking Pilo. Tau sees the old Pilo, that had a use name, and no future. Tau is catch by Pilo's eyes thou ever so feint at the back is the light.
"Yes it's a magical version, I didn't think we would find one so soon." Says Gcina this discovery is better than the national secret level map, heck to her it is better than their her transformation into a lower goblin.
"Why Gcina?" Tau says to her because she does this. Instead of explaining something she will share a morsel and expect you feel as if you have eaten a full meal. Tau scents a nnnnnnn he developed over the course of the specific to when he wants Gcina to be more forthcoming.
"If we can supply with the necessary resource it can create blueprints, skill books and job tokens. It was developed by an goblin shaman who loved traveling to unknown parts of the world and setting up Gets." Says Gcina edging closer to Dysorkin Sphere.
Tau lows owe his head thinking to himself, 'Shit i wanted to save this for latter in case he rewards would improve like when he cleared his first daily quest.' The idea is simply rather than trying to maximize his gains with rare quest he was going to over achieve on the daily quest and that way earn a lot of rewards on a constant basis. He sighs as he hands her the Specific Spatail Ring.

Gcina knows what Tau is thinking, she isn't a combat focus so the loss of one utility slot would not be the worst thing plus, She doesn't believe she can't fix this especially with a Dysorkin Sphere the repository of knowledge it contains will, must have solution for this item. "You owe me you greenie."
Tau scents a deep remorse to her, even if she is joking he can't help but think of the sacrifice she had to make for him and already a few days later he making sacrifice a utility slot. Even if her scent is alright he knows better he really has to make it up to her. He puts on his best scent for the others thou his remorse makes it more like his fourth best scent. "Take so we can leave."
The ring is a simple black band, it is cracked in four places that used to hold prism shaped gems from the grooves in the rings. Gcina touches the Dysorkin Sphere it varnishes, all the leaders start running and jumping off the tower. Pilo drags his feet seeing them jumping with smiles on their faces he has no choice but to follow his crazy leaders...
