"That's a mighty fine ride you there Hun." Says Gcina she is admiring Tau's Hippogryph, his bigger than hers and its plumage it brighter reminding her of a Tyto. They are all riding in formation Tau in front on the his sleek elegant golden feathered Hippogryph. Followed by Gcina then Palesa and lastly Diana. Oda is riding closer to Jade, as he is on a hyena, even when offered a Hippogrpy he declined. Thus Reku and Impi and Zetu all got one. They other went to other members in Horde. The procession is separated into five groups Banners. The Horde leader Tau and his newly created personal guard banner with Impi as his second is call the Emerald Dawn. Impi leads the biggest Banner in terms of numbers, they have taken from the bands that Palesa had created in the Emerald Horde. The procession has two Gemsbok pulling along items and gobo's. To their left is Gcina's Banner called the Emerald Peak, she has Reku serving as her second for now and collection of goblins Rejpku promises Gcina will be gald to have. To the right is Palesa's Emerald horde amount now of mostlyrecurits on foot they are most well armed every gobo car ripping a weapon and some armor. In the middle is Diana's gobo's who are weird and seem to communicate with one another without words. Diana is calling the banner the Emerald Chain. Oda's banner which is commanded by Pilo as his second is at the back. They are new force of about fifteen their numbers enchaned by jades hyenas.
"Well maybe if you were all nicer to She would have found a Shedu for you instead of a Hippogryph." Says Tau, he is trying to make a bad joke he know how much they adore power and if they believe that Jad per can help them find a power pet like a Shedu then will treat her better for their own benefit.
"Ha! No one would be that stupid, a Shedu will kill you before you even get close." Palesa like most goblins has heard the stories. Palesa thinks that goblins should worry about mire practical things instead of legends about Tahoe they are the ancient enemies of dragons, Shedu, kraken and leviathans.
"Don't be surprised right, but I heard taming is nearly flawless on an injured beast and perfect on eggs." Says Diana, she has used the gobo's she heals for information.
"Really my dear that's quite the piece of information." Says Gcina scenting curiousity, Tau has dismantled her idea of the former Black-bloods. She remains determined thou there are a multitude of under feed gobo's.
"Actually that's true, who have you been talking to?" Says Palesa sniffing Diana pretending as if the goblin is a secret lover. She scents a strong undercurrent of evergreen. The image in heard so distinct she couldn't say it is anything else.
"No you guys, I'm just a goblins gobo is all." Says Diana riding to Tau's side, she looks ever so inticing in her sun dress, plus the natural gait of the Hippogryph make all the goblina's breasts bounce. Tau keeps looking over at the mounds of joy hopping about.
"We can do all that later we still have to scout ahead, you Coming Palesa." Ask Diana as she races ahead as planned. Oda moves towards her and then the rest of the leaders follower. Tau being the last to makes sure nobody follows them as they have to discuss the route they plan to take and what to do.
"Oda if you tell Jade about this I will chop off your lobes," Says Gcina and her gesture shows she doesn't meant his ear lobes. Oda smiles a crooked smile still not comfortable with Gcina and a Palesa they scare him a lot those two. At least Diana is alright to him.
"Get on with you horde that map worse than Diana does that egg," says Palesa to Gcina who is looking around for spies or something in middle of the open plains the closets goblin being Tau who is walking towards them.
"What is that?" Asks Oda, he has never the golden three dimensional map.
"It's like a national secret so don't tell anyone okay," Diana may sound cute but Oda takes a big gulp of his salvia. He can't tell if that is a threat of just friendly advice, Diana has figured out how not to scent anything which doesn't sit well with him.
"Alright cool I won't say anything." Says Oda, and Tau runs his hand over his head. To th other leaders he lets each of them rub their forehead on his hand. He sits letting Gcina chair the meeting.
"Ok, so we are here..." Gcina points at at the map just above the dungeon it is deep in the south of the continent. She gestures with her hands and the expands to show the lake..."This is where we're going. Now between here and there is about three thousand miles. An average goblin can walk about hundred and eighty miles. We however have parcels and grubs so let's say hundred fifty miles a day..." Gcina maneuvers the map to show topographical information. She has been experimenting with it..." This is the path I think we should take." She says as a green line marks a flat path.
"Can it like do anything else?" Asks Diana, she curious to know if it can show possible harvest grounds she is collecting all kinds of seed ps and plans to grow them. He forest goblin skills can also be applied to cultivation.
"I'm not sure what do you mean exactly?" Ask Gcina.
"Like where some plants and monsters. If we can secure some food then we should be alright and being able to use Tau and Jade to get us more pets will only make the Horde stronger.
"I agree with that but we also need remember that lets can out level the partner so we should be careful a few of the gemsbok have already given there partners issues."
"Send them to we will still raiding daily so they can level with us." Says Palesa she is putting the recruits through their paces.
"Alright i will---" Oda is interrupted by Tau.
"Well then we can stop her first at the Pikes peaks," The others fall silent, Gcina moves up to him scent wonder.
"you can read what it says?" She ask him, the others also with eyes open.
"Yeah I can so what? Don't tell me you guys can't?" He rally doesn't want to stuck teaching them how to the read the map, it is a skill he got because the map is his technical ply so he must be able to read it.
"Gcina if you get any closer you fall into his brain." Says Palelsa chuckling a little.
"While im about to pick his brain so I need to be close," they are laughing but the scent of seriousness sends a chill down Tau spine.
"No Gcina, I won't this is an adventure. Adventure is found outside..." Says Tau already scenting Gcina's plan.
"Come on it will only take a few months," she says as causally as she can a language long dead that no one can read besides them is perfect.
"No I want to climb that mountain and catch a few Martial Eagles according to this map they have a breeding ground on top of the mountain." Says Tau. The Martial is exactly as the name suggests big as an ox tough as nails the perfect mounts for an Ariel force.
"We could all have that information," Gcina about to make her arguments when they all turn to Diana she scents of a solution.
"Like he could spend an hour day at night going over it with you Gcina and then when you feel good at it start thinking of ways to teach us." Says Diana looking at the map for plant locations.
"Geat idea plus it gives all a chance to strategize together every night. So we will al be there." Says Gcina, Palesa and Oda scuff at the same time they are not really interested in dad languages. However everyone scents agreement.
"Cool then we are all set, I'm going to take Emerald Chain out for a little bit, you see here on the map those are look like some kind of grain and it is close I want to collect those." Says Dian having found what she is looking for. Tau scents her need to be service which is now much clearer than before as it is not muddled with other people emotions.
"Well then me and and Jade are going----"
"No your not your whole group is with me today Oda we have Eagles to catch." Says Tau, the others leader glaring at him word is spreading about Jade being taming skill, which they are jealous of.
Palesa says, "Someone has to stay behind and look after the Hirde so we The horde will do that. Also in order to not be exhausted I'm will let th m walk about hundred miles a day only, this means that for most of the afternoon and evening they can be resting if you go out I expect you guys to bring back meat, it's easy to make and their is plenty of prey."
"Good, very good that settles that unless anyone wants to add anything?" Asks tau, his mind working out about one month at Palesa's pace which finds acceptable for now. He looks at Gcina scenting at her a strong lust.
Oda waves the musk away from him as the leaders, take a short break in the tall grass...
