About ten minutes later, after Reku had a strong talking to, to Impi about what his message should be exactly to the Roverband Leader Jade. Reku had lost her mind and hit him on the back of the head calling all manner of rock head and sout brain. Impi had suggested that they meet here in the hovel with Jade and she was already coming. He thought he had done well. Only after Tau spoke to Reku did she make understand bringing an enemy home is inviting trouble.
Impi is rushing back to Jade now, he catches on the market. To freak out he runs up panting and chewing his stupidity.
"My leader has raised the tent for your visit. I will lead the way." Impi decided to not use the words that Reku had tried to drill into him he is a simply gobo and simply is the best."
Jade waves her pearl white hand forward, one of her guards step forward. A typical goblin by all accounts expect that he is very muscular and wearing a very revealing thin skirt. The gobo's speak for her.
Jade clicks and pop her tongue as the gobo says. "Jade Leader, asks why the sudden change on location." Impi wanted to ask why she doesn't just talk but his head still hurts from a slap not too long ago.
He puts his behind his rubbing the spot scenting of embrassment and says, "The other leaders are still busy and must not be disturbed. The boss will be there thou, I mean Horde Leader Tau will be there. So the others are not needed." She considers a while chewing on some meat.
'She is very tall Impi twice as tall as the boss, he not the boss yet stop doing that! I'm not doing anything.' His mind is a very busy many voice leading him to many interesting places.
Jade waves him to go. He doesn't understand what she means until the guards tells him. "Well then take us there or do you have more to add."
Impi shakes his head lifting his spear that he dropped when he arrived and walks in front of six tiny gobo protecting a gaint hobgoblin. They glare at every passerby with steel eyes each of the six carries two weapons. A sword and a bow. They even have sandals on. They make through the market back to the tents of the Blood Fists.
Reku had ordered the old tents built as one huge tent that could house all the goblins this works well enough especially since it's about a hundred meters wide. The center being the only closed off section where the leaders are meant to be. By this time most know no one is in there but Reku verboten them to speak about it and such not many outside the Horde knew.
By the Impi arrives with the Roverband delegation. Reku has setup a feast around the central area. Impi knows she done it since he can still hear her shouting at some other to get this! And to fetch that! He makes sure to take the long way so she won't see him.
Tau is standing by the grand entrance of the tent complex. He is surrounded by many gobo's almost fifty of them. They all shy away as Jade come into sight. The massive Hobgoblin shocks those half away. Some trying to show courage. She smiles her teeth are sharp. She is a bombacious hobgoblin, she is probably the tallest hob Tau has ever seen. Every thing of her ls is bigger. 'She must be from Texas.'
he smiles both at his thought and at her returning the gesture. He waves her in. She follows. Reku has made sure to follow old goblin tradition which is at minimum ten meters tall and ten meters wide most types will fit into buildings made this way.
They quickly pass all the scattering and fearful gobo and enter the central part of the tent here is a huge fire in the middle a feast of meat laid out on leaves and ample space for Tau and Jade. He signaled for her enter but clearly not her guards she first peers in making sure the coast is clear. The Jade scenting happiness goes in Tau follows behind her enjoying her massive butt.
They sit on long rolled green fabrics, Troics bringing cold refreshment and wine looted from the holdings of the Blood Fists.
Tau negotiates with himself, he doesn't want to fight a Hobgoblin. If she is a non combat type like she claims. She is still very strong her current amibeint strength around two thousand. He would not worry if all the others were here since he has settled in around one thousand. So he could beat her if she is not much stronger than that but. No one else is here and she is still very beautiful. Her eyes catch his, she isn't really his type and he wouldnt do that to them so the point is mute.
"Leader Tau, If I may be so bold." she waits a moment and Tau nods in agreement allowing Her to take the lead. He is still observing her, her scent is wrapped in a perfume of some kind that masks her scent quite well he has to be delicate to find what he is looking for. He basically trying to look at only one color of a rainbow. His scent is neutral a new perk is better control over what he scents, where before it always followed emotion and intention.
"I don't care for some Get out in the cracked end of nowhere. You can have the Get. But I will take you. I have never seen any goblin like you before." her grin which is same feels, no scents different her perfume unable to hid the most goblin of emotions greed.
Tau is not intimidated by her subtle threat. Nor does he care about this Get. Jade however doesn't need to know that so he starts. "We care and I can't allow a powerful Roverband such as your, your impressive bands to do as they please. Your presence here is a challenge to my power which I won't have, and no!" Tau says grabbing a mud of wine while he speaks turning his back to her. He wanted to see if she would attack.
No matter how it may look, even surrounded by fifty gobo's. Tau is in fact the one stuck I. The tent with her. If she decides to attack no lt a single one of the gobo's around can stop her. It would probably take all hundred gobo of the Get shooting arrows from a distance to take her down. Tau thinks how easy his life would be if he had an advanced body. The benefits of always being one evolution ahead is broken.
"Fo... If I wanted it I could raze this whole Get tomorrow. I take what I want when you can try to stop me, if you think you have the strength. " Jade says scenting of irritation. Tau finds that odd how can see be the one irritated. He picks at the food collecting his thoughts taking his time.
"I too belive I can raise this Get tomorrow, and I bet you would be surprised at how, Losing us as a trading station on your way to Gettis. Can cripple a young band such as yours?" says Tau by bringing up her relationship with Dimitri he trying to see if there is anything there. She scents for a moment only, a thin piercing hatred foul, festering hatred.
Tau had spoken a truth the goods his Get is interested in is food and other perishable, they are to small to be expanding like Gettis. Under Dimitri's rule they cleared their local Dungeon pack and have been aggressivly growing south towards the western finger. A natural border made of water.
"The Get can recover under my leadership Tau, you might have done a lot the past week. This get however is the least developed I have ever visited. My Hynea convoy has taken me to five other Gets already. All older and more established Getruld even has faux Gets bigger than your Get here. " Jade says
" I thought you didn't want our Little Get but it's all you speak about fine you can have this land in return. I want your band to be in my Horde you will follow my rule , or you can die like all the others. Being a hob doesn't make you special, it makes you vulnerable. And I mean it I'm not for sale or taking." Tau says to Jade. He puts a evruthi forward gaging her reactions and scents. He is fishing for her emotions. To clear up where she stands this false bravado she is putting on is wasting time.
"No need to be rude little man. I'm reasonable sometimes. Why don't we trade you come work for me as a comfort man and I won't kill everyone you know and feed your corpses to your gurbs." Jade speaks scenting violence she is very strong twice as strong as Tau. Tau thou is home this place these people are his people.
Tau scent expands widely covering every inch of the tent. A deep pugnacious fog, he turns from food table his red eyes glimming with fury. Jades men rush into the room surrounding her. The scent has them shaking but they stand firm.
"Relax we are taking here." Jade says unclear whether she is taking to Tau or her men.
