Gcina is one that rushes this time, to the fallen goblin. She didn't expect to find Diana in such a state since she was next to Jabu. Gcina pushes Diana's purple hair to one side. Looking for any deep wounds, gashes and or marks. If she could Gcina will definitely save Diana.
Tau moves towards the stick. The spear in his hand now, the rumble of jungle turning sinister. He can smell something. It used the tree to his right where the bark is worn off. Its scent also comes from the roots of what he thinks use to be mushroom. The smell of fungus even edible fungus is distinct to him now. The pool is also covered in that scent.
The pounding of heavy hooves planting themselves in the ground. Tau moves not knowing what else to do. He bumps into Palesa moving her out of the way of the ramping bulwark.
The forest boar is large covered in mud and leaves. It's horns sticking out ready to cut. Tau hold his stick at it. It looks at him. Flaring it's nostrils, pounding its leg. It dashes toward him now. Tau pushes his spear forward which enters one of the nostrils. The boars runs in phased. Tau is still holding on as he is pushed back by the boar until the spear gets lodge into the tree. The spear travels into the brain of the beast. It lies on the ground squelling loudly. It's blood spilling out of its head where the spear came out.
Gcina takes some of the mud and rubs on Diana's wounds. She needs very little treatment and looks to be in a fear state more than anything. Gcina roars a little punching Tau in the face. He pulls her hair. Gcina moves towards the kill, throwing the blood at Palesa.
Palesa first tried to dodge but the smell of fresh whiplashed her into the blood. She runs toward the body. They all start tearing it apart biting off the skin. The meat is ripped pulled and thrashed all over the once whole boar nothing but a full leg and Gcina who has Diana's head on her lap. Palesa asks after settling down from the blood frenzy.
"Do you think there are more of them out there? She is asking anyone in particular however Gcina answers only after looking at Tau who had toa nod before she choose to give her to answer.
" It not likely but its possible. We have to move soon anyways the scavengers are already I their way to this place. We need to find somewhere to lay low." that's when Diana opens her eyes.
She immediately starts crying, a strong scent of relief and grief. Obviously she had seen what happened to Jabu.
Palesa being who she is soothes Diana the scents mixing grief with empathy. They eventually form a bond of sort. Like after fighting someone you are closer to that person and have a unique bond.
Gcina asks "What happened to Jabu?" Diana with sadly says.
"I have no idea, I was like running through forest from that stupid mud pig. Then I like fell into some mud and ruined my dress. That when found Jabu. Then I ran back cause he was dead and all. By that took back to that horrible monster." Diana pouting as she spoke.
The party all look at each other confused they smell she is not lying but something is not quite right. Palesa asks again.
" Diana, didn't you maybe she snything of Jabu while he was alive." Diana shakes her head her eyes puffy and gold. Her yellow is so deep it looks gold more than yellow.
Tau smells a scent of fear, "tell me everything you say right now or else we will. Leave you here." Gcina looks at him anger. He bares his teeth and so does she. Gcina even goes so far as to scratch his hand.
Tau had reached out to. Do something. He felt that if he could her lower her head she wouldn't question him. Yet she scratched Tau instinctively growls at her. Her eyes shine as she too growls.
"Hey what are two doing?" Palesa says to them. Her heart in her throat as they turn eyes of fury at her. Gcina grabs him throat as tight as she can.
Diana says "Stop what is wrong with you guys we should be working together." Gcina grabs on with bohh hand Tau grabs lifting her off the ground with one hand. She doesn't let go even as her green face starts to go yellow. She being weka is barely doing anything while Tau is basically killing her.
The scent he got made him stop, resolve thick and deadly. "Your willing to die for her?" Tau offended if all things. He didn't realize why yet but this behavior from her is unacceptable.
Gcina coughs loudly gasping for air, Tau sits watching her gaze. Again they stare each other down then he says "Do whatever you want since that's what your doing anyways."
Gcina snorts at him he lowers his head, strangely her scent is one of deep satisfaction and a hinge of something primal and passionate.
Gcina asks Diana "You have to say something how come he is dead and your alive"
A strong scent of shame comes Diana and she weeps again saying "I'm sorry I don't know what happened like he just fell over and then the strange man ran away. Then that stupid mud beast attacked me. I have never run so much in my life."

Diana thinks and nods her looking at Gcina. Gcina pats her on the head and says" It's okay we will believe you I promise. "
Diana smiles with those sharp teeth of hers," "he smelled like sweet meat. Better than the boar over there some much better." her mouth start to salivate. Palesa bring her a piece of meat biting a smsll piece before handing the leg over.
Gcina takes a hold of it and asks "Are you sure he just smelked like food, bit anything else."
Diana her whole body alive with hunger says "I'm sure, promise." Gcina had her the neat which she devours almost whole.
Gcina goes to Tau and rubs the back of her hand on his mouth. He can smell the blood on her hands his heart racing. Gcina removed her her brown dress. Palesa is helping Diana get in the mood with the blood in place she is an easy target.
