Chapter 4 - Dawn Village (l)

The next month flew by. Once they packed their bags they just had to focus on getting through morning and afternoon training.

They greeted the seniors, ate, and trained brilliantly.

On the 3rd of January, they were allowed to go and return to wherever.

"Dawn Village is about a 12 day trip on foot but if we use to transport it shouldn't take us more than a week," Yangmin confirmed while zipping his bag "Grandpa Xi gave us enough money to last us for about 6 months" he turned around and slung the bag on his shoulder and walked over to take Eumins'.

He grabbed it and walked towards the door followed by Eumin.

A group of the senior's stopped and asked what they were up to. When the two were said they were going on a vacation the group almost fell from shock. The reason they were shocked was that you couldn't count the number of times these take a break on one hand. It was because they took none.

In all honesty, the older people were a little worried about the twins who did nothing but work around the clock. When the rumor's reached their ears they were all very happy for the twins cheering them on in their hearts.

Eumin and Yangmin took their first steps outside the range of the military base 1300 hours.

********************

It had been 4 days since Yangmin and Eumin headed towards Dawn Village. On the first day, they took a subway and ran into a nuisance who tried to steal their money. In all honesty, the twins didn't know what good and bad were. They had enemies, acquaintances, and others. These people were others so Eumin beat them up and went on with her day.

Other than the first day everything went smoothly. Eumin was walking over and saw a Pet store that reminded her of her pet snake Xiao'er. Xiao'er could be called the only thing she cared about other than Yangmin and Grandpa Xi.

Her pet Xiao'er had a more human demeanor than most as it usually understood most of the things she said. It was a Red Tail Boa snake that she found in a ditch on a mission only a couple of days away from Dawn Village. She nursed it to health and he loyally decides to follow her. Eumin decided that she would have to go back for her loyal pet snake. He had gone into battle with her and ambushed her enemies from her sleeve. It followed her everywhere (mainly because of its adaptability) He bit her enemies soundly and stayed next to her side even in dangerous situations.

She nodded her head and put on a determined expression that made others turn and look to encourage her in their hearts.

Eumin and her brother had different temperaments. Eumin was a smart girl with a stoic face and distant while direct personality. If she didn't feel like you she'd say so if she did she'd stay loyal. If she showed her determination on her face you'd move mountains for her not that she'd need you to. Eumin was also extremely defensive of Yangmin, so if you were her enemy you were his and vise versa.

Yangmin looked at her and smiled dotingly. A peaceful human life together sounded impossible in a life where there were only orders and missions.

Let's go to 'Dawn Village'.
