The next morning Jin and I woke up to find Satoshi gone. Not knowing where he went and the fact that he didn't bother to wake us was unusual. We waited around the house for a few hours but when he hadn't returned we started getting worried. Jin and I planned on checking out the ruins today but we didn't know if we should until we knew that Satoshi was safe. We decided to teleport to the guildhall to see if he was over there cooking. Our next stop was the night club where he worked. When we got there the owner said that he hasn't been in today but worked that night. We each put our rings on and it felt like our relationship was stronger than ever.
Satoshi then asked if we were still going to check out the ruins today and we said we planned on it but spent half the day worried about him. He apologized again and said he will be staying at home all night and that he already called into work. I told him we will go check out the ruins real quick then and will be back in a few hours. As we were leaving I looked back at him and told him he better still be wearing that lingerie when we got home. Satoshi smiled and said of course I will be. Jin and I left to head to the ruins. When we got there we still didn't see any enemies which we found strange since it had been a good 24 hours since they were last here. We headed inside and slowly looked around. Not wanting to set off any traps we were careful where we walked. There were many passageways like how some of the dungeons were laid out. We ended up at a dead-end wall that looked like a mural of sorts with runic symbols on it. We didn't understand what it all meant but we recognized that two of the symbols were weapons. One had the shape of my scythe and the other looked like Jin's dagger. Curious as to why our weapons would be on an ancient wall we started to look at everything else more closely. When we were done the only theory we had was that the wall told of a prophecy but unless we could read the language we couldn't be sure. We decided to teleport home and inform Satoshi of our discovery.
When we got back home we were happy to see Satoshi was still in his lingerie. He was preparing a special dinner for all of us. Jin and I sat down on the couch and just enjoyed how amazing he looked. When Satoshi was finished cooking he brought us over our plates. He had made us all sushi and even had gotten us sake to drink. We were celebrating the start of a long future together.
