"You're sure he works here?" HM asks as Dee puts the car in park.
"Yes. His shift should almost be over so we have to hurry. Dee, you know where to go."
Dee nods and leaves first. HM, Star and I exit the car and walk down the street to the café, Jopé's.
Star pushes the door open and the tiny bell above it jingles, announcing our arrival. The small, brightly coloured café has only a few customers, two at the counter and three people at a table. We walk up to the counter and push past the two people waiting to order.
"Welcome to Jopé's. Sorry but you need to go to the back of the line." The young man behind the register tells us.
"We're kind of in a rush." HM says and pulls down her facemask.
The look on the poor guys face instantly changes to one of pure terror. He steps back until he hits the wall behind him.
