When I woke up, it was 5 in the morning, and I was still really tired, but I had to get up. I barely got any sleep, because of the... what's the word I'm looking for... (ahh) incident that occurred yesterday. I took a hot, fresh shower, to get me awake, and then did the normal morning routine, then went downstairs to cook some breakfast. After having a mental argument of what to make for breakfast, I finally decided on burritos. I made the burritos and set them on a plate in the middle of the dining table. I walked back up the stairs and knocked on Connors door.
"What" he yelled through the door,
"Breakfast is ready, come and get it while it's still hot, burritos today." I replied and started towards the stairs. Before I could make it to the end of the hall, Connor came running down the hall, and then down the stairs, into the dining room, and what sounded like crashing into a wall. I came down and saw him already stuffing his mouth full of the breakfast burritos, I cooked. I got down to the table, and started eating. After we finished eating I plopped myself on the sofa and turned on the movie The Greatest Showman By: Michael Gracey, which is the all time best movie, I mean, the music, the storyline, the acting, the performing, it is just plain old awesome. After the movie, David called (don't they just have perfect timing, still annoying though) and said that I needed to take care of some intruders who were trying to steal the Z-bombs. I personally take care of intruders who try to steal anything so they can learn their lesson from me personally (honestly they should be blessed, it's not everyday that just anyone gets to see me mad). I called Connor down and told him I had to go over to a friend's house, because I haven't told him that I am the leader of the Silver Dragon Gang, me leading a gang and him being sought out by a gang might not be the greatest thing to tell him as of now. When we got to the edge of the forest I told him to get out and follow me closely so he doesn't get lost (many tend to). We finally got to the base and thank god for my renovations because it now looks like a nice big house and not the base of the most deadly gang in the world (aka an abandoned warehouse, which is what it was before I came and saved it). It was five stories high, has a total of 10 bedrooms, 12 bathrooms, a game room, weapon room, basement with an underground prison, medical room, library, pet room, and an open plan kitchen and living room, a dining room, and an outdoor pool. I guided Connor to the front door, where David was waiting, I told Connor to stay with David, and they can go play video games in the game room, after that they quickly ran upstairs to the second floor and into the game room. After they started playing (and Connor was distracted), I went downstairs into the basement, which when you first enter looks like a basement, with boxes, old furniture, and random other junk (we do still use the basement for storing stuff), but at the back wall there is a secret door that leads to the prison. We rarely use the prison, it is only there to hold intruders, robbers, hostages, and other people who dare to go against us. The intruder was in the first cell to the right and was the only one in the prison, we don't really like having random people at our base, so typically finish them off quite quickly. I opened the cell door, grabbed his hands which were handcuffed in front of him, and dragged him out and into the hall, at the end of the hall there was a room where I sat him down on the wooden chair in the middle of the room, and unhandcuffed him. Thankfully he was smart enough to not to try to make a run for it (one less dead body). I pulled up another wooden chair and I sat right in front of him.
"Who sent you?" I asked and He didn't reply so I went to the back wall and grabbed a knife that was hanging on the wall with a bunch of other stuff (swords, wipes, spikes, and other torture devices, though I only stick to knives, agood knife is all you ever need). I went back over to him.
"Who sent you?" I asked again, he still didn't reply so I grabbed the palm of his hand and jammed the knife into his hand as he screamed his heart out. I pulled out the knife and grabbed some bandages from my pocket and bandaged the wound, since I don't really (actually at all) need death, I need answers.
"Who the heck sent you?" I asked again, this time really annoyed.
"L-L-Lucas" he replied, I then calmed down a bit (we were finally getting somewhere)
"What were you here for?" I asked hoping he would answer me the first time, he obviously didn't want a Z-bomb or he would have brought some other weapon besides just some wires that didn't even connect, he called a bomb. He didn't answer again, like what the actual hell, does this guy just not learn. I grabbed his other hand and jammed the knife into his other hand, and he screamed again even louder than last time because I actually put some of my strength behind it, which is, apparently what I need to get the job done, I then pulled the knife out and bandaged the wound up.
"Why do you bandage the wounds?" The guy asked when I was almost done bandaging his wound.
"I don't need you to die, I need you to give me some answers, and if I have to stab you all freaking day long for you to answer my questions, I don't have any other plans." I replied
"Noah" he quietly said
"what?" I replied really confused.
"My name is Noah." He stated, like it was the most obvious thing in the world.
"Well then, Noah, why did you break into this place?" I asked again as I sat down.
"Lucas sent me here to capture you, Alice, I was told to activate the Z-bomb and escape with you, during the chaos" He replied, holding his hand up to his chest.
"Good, next question" I simply stated, I was kind of expecting that answer, it is Lucas who sent him.
"Did you come alone?" I asked leaning back in my chair.
"Yes" He replied instantly.
"How did you find this place?"
"I explored the forest for a day, trying to find it, I had no exact direction except it was in the dark forest." he explained.
"Good, now I will take you to our doctor for her to properly fix up your wounds," I said as I led him out the door, down the hall, up the stairs, and into the medical room. Elizabeth was cleaning off the table, when we walked in. "Ahem" I said and she turned around and saw me standing in the doorway with Noah, next to me, holding his hands up to his chest.
"Welcome Alice" She said as she rushed over to me and hugged me.
"Who is this poor fellow?" she asked as she led him over to the counter and sat him in a stool with his hands on the counter.
"His name is Noah, he tried to break in." I said as I sat down on the white sofa in the corner of the room. I grabbed the book that sat on the side table and started reading. After half an hour, she finally finished properly treating Noah's wound, I got him bad.
"There he should be fine, but Alice, be more careful with your... interrogations" She said, as she picked her words carefully, because whenever I hurt someone that bad, holding back, I am mad, which I am, I want to go home, and sleep, the last few days have been chaotic.
"Lets go get you some food." I said and Noah's face lit up. I guided him to the kitchen where Marilanda was making cookies.
"Marri" I said as she finished pulling out the cookies from the oven.
"This is Noah, tried to break in, he has been in the forest for a day now, do you mind making something up for him real quick?" I asked as I sat down in a stool, at the bar that separates the kitchen from the living room. Noah sat down next to me, his eyes never leaving Marri. "That is Marilanda, AKA Marri, our chef" I told him as Marri placed the plate of cookies in front of us and sat down next to Noah. We talked about how Noah's life was and it turns out he lost his parents at the age of twelve, when Lucas saved him from a fire, that is why he works for Lucas, even though he hates it, he feels like he owes him this much.
"How about joining us?" I asked, as I finished my plate of cookies.
"Really?" He asked, almost jumping out of his seat and dancing.
"Yes of course, we could always need more help, wouldn't you agree, Marri" I said as I gave Marri a wink as I knew they were a match made in heaven.
"W-w-what, I mean ya, of course" She quickly recovered from her daydreaming of god knows what.
"YAY, thanks so much master" He said, as he finished his cookies.
"No" I said, and his eyes widened and his smile turned into a frown.
"Ohh, OK" he said
"No calling me master, leader, highness, royalty, ma'am, or anything like that" I quickly said, as I noticed that he thought I said no to joining us.
"Ohhh, ok... so what should I call you?" he asked as he looked up to me
"Alice" I said as I picked up the plates and put them in the sink.
"Marri show him to an extra room" I said as I walked upstairs and to the gaming room.
"Lets go" I shouted as I entered the room, only to see them glued to their controllers, playing some fighting video game
"LETS GO" I shouted annoyed that they did not hear me. They still didn't reply, and I didn't feel like waiting, so I walked over to the TV, and unplugged it.
"WHAT" They shouted.
"I said let's go" I said and walked out the room and out to the car. When Connor finally got in I started speeding away, and got home in 3 minutes flat. I rushed up the stairs and just fell on top of my bed, as I snuggled with my blankets.
