I got no sleep last night, it was horrible. Ruby liked to travel in her sleep it turned out and she flipped from taking all the blankets to cuddling up into my back, then on the other side of the bed. She played this game all last night, and I was left to enjoy the experience all on my own, and now I felt ragged and ran over.
"Well, I feel great! See that wasn't too...what's wrong with your face? You look like a monster! Didn't you sleep at all last night?"
"Were you fighting someone in your sleep last night? You would not stop moving around, and then you were cuddling into my back, then you would steal all my covers. Then you would do it all over again, every time that I was almost asleep."
Though I was complaining, I had gotten some sleep, but I was still feeling ragged. She was cute in her sleep, even if she stole all the blankets. Still, today was going to be a long day, but maybe later I might be able to snag a nap along the way.
