Chapter 1 - Cold and guitar

I asked my aunt today For a second hand acoustic guitar and my mother allowed me to go because my acoustic guitar that I have is no bigger than my iPad and it's a toy acoustic guitar class enough to get someone interested in the guitar. I was so annoyed a few days ago when I found out that one of the strings is out of whack and I couldn't do anything about it I try to get my brother involved and he said that I need a new guitar and I said it Hass to be acoustic because I'm an early person in down to Earth. So I called up my ass and she said that after the Roddy Lock down that she will be To get the acoustic guitar I don't really give a crap about what colour it is just so long as it helps me with my PTSD. I find that musical instruments and hearing different and unusual strange and interesting sounds are very helpful with my PTSD like for example I am going to be buying a tongue drum from amazon.ca for a 30 bucks I'm hoping and then I'm going to use that because that's an interesting sound and it's relaxing. I have discovered the power of musical instruments about a year or two ago when I was with Elizabeth I'm not gonna say the rest of her name, And I found it very healing to do music I started with a djembe drum and I worked my way with all the drums and instruments. I find music very relaxing noches to listen to the door and stuff but you actually make it I also DJ and create my own stuff and I practice instruments I can only practice them yet. I am not interested in going out with my brother right at this moment because it's winter time and it's really cold. I do not like Canadian weather at -30 below zero when you have multiple ear piercings and you're afraid of getting frostbite on your ears even though you're wearing a stinking hat and then he can't wear your glasses because you're wearing a Covid mask it's just a pain in the right neighbourhood so I told him today I was not interested in a walk that I was interested in a drive and I got some pictures of the Parliament buildings and the Supreme Court of Canada and other cool things. I also find that photography helps me out and art I do a lot of art and writing this is my journal that I write with. I tried journallingWith just a notebook but that didn't work out as well so I decided I was going to do it online for everyone to see and read and learn from. I believe in the blog books but online journaling On either wall pad or webinar room I don't care I just do what I do to help with my PTSD. I am learning to help my mother with her PTSD so she doesn't have to go back to old habits because I want to be able to see my mother again at some point after Covid and we reunited with her and go and be able to be with her, living in an apparent. I am finding that I used mine for many try learned from my group home that I still live in right now and I do it once a day or a few times a day and I have taught my mother the mindful minute as well to help her with her problems and I have also taught her the art of poetry and has it really Kendall my interest in poetry whenever she reads out a poem of hers. I am very proud of my mother that she is doing well now her stress level has gone up the roof she is doing a lot better and I am helping her along with her PTSD and that helps me use my coping skills More so I can help my mother more often with each phone call I make. I like helping people cope with PTSD but I would make a career out of it I'm going to be a tattoo artist and piercer instead but if someone's having a beef of a day I will help them out. This is where the journalling comes in to play to help with my problems and my solutions and my stories about my life. Join me on my little adventure called life.
