Far beyond the horizon, the steaming heat showered on the dessert kingdom of Molonia, It has been more than a week after Neko and company's arrival to this world. Walls made of hardened sandstone towered high above, and around it, protecting many buildings or houses within.
From it's very center stood the largest structure which was a castle also made of sandstone guarded by many towers, the castle was not only guarded by towers, many soldiers or mages were assigned on top and the walls were obviously enchanted. It was very ordinary and normal and nothing interesting was not happening as of π¦ππ‘.
During this hot sunny day, a black cat was leaping stealthily through rooftops from one house to another forwards to reach the castle without anyone looking by it, and when it had reached the spot, the latter was engulfed in reddish smoke that spiralled from below to more than a meter on the figure's top. From it appeared none other than Neko the supersoldier, he landed on the wall of one of the many towers circled around the castle and listened as he caught a word from someone above him, he didn't seem to have been noticed in his desert camouflage suit.
"A war I heard."
"Arkheist is in pretty big trouble, huh? I feel bad for them."
"Yeah me too, but I for one don't want our country interfering in their war with the Sarcia Kingdom. Wouldn't want to risk my ass for no reason."
"Yeah, least we can do is hope they win and crush those Sarcian bastards. Rotten to the core, they are."
Neko listened silently below them, clutching bricks to stay glued on the wall.
"Not to worry, I heard those guys finally have a new hero on their side. Although I'm not sure if she will be their representative in the coming war."
"Girl? The one I heard who defeated hundreds of soldiers on her own?"
"Yeah her, she's serving as the guard for the third princess of Arkheist. I reckon the princess appointed her as saviour and got her to that position, hope she beat the crap out of those other countries. Except ours ofcourse, not like anyone would pick a fight with us, eh? Hahaha!"
Neko leaned closer. Hoping for more information he could get a hold of, he pressed his helmet on trying to catch every word.
"And Rod, What's her name again?"
"I think it was, Atalante Okamura."
There was a crunching noise below them which had stolen their full attention, Neko almost fell off the bricks.
Neko: "O-Okamura? Atala?"
"Hey you!"
He was spotted, a guard from below in a wall's window was pointing at him and telling him to get down. Neko obviously refused, took out his [ππ’π¨πͺπ€ ππ°π₯ ππͺπ΄π΅π°π], transformed it into a missile just below him and he rode it backwards to escape as he got swept in sound speed.
However -
π½πππ!
Something really hard and big crashed against the armor of the missile he was riding, but it didn't explode. However, the missile was jerked upwards and in a second turned back to it's original form by Neko in mid-flight. There was a wolf-like man with black fur from below holding his hand up looking as thought he was the one who threw what ever that hit him. That man was the Molonian Hero; Arazvoc, a beastman. Half wolf and half human, Neko could see it was wearing black and gold armor from it's shoulders to knees like one an egyptian deity would wear, he turned to him and called loudly as Neko's left arm began to bleed.
Arazvoc: "Get down here!"
Neko: "I refuse!"
He took a small narrow bottle with red oozing liquid inside and drank it in one gulp. Immediately, the bleeding stopped.
Neko: "[ππ¦π’π±π°π― ππ’π΄π΅π¦π³πΊ]!"
He then once again transformed his gun. But this time into a black jet aircraft with him inside, and disappeared with a spurt of speed and out of sight, the guards and hero only stared, bewildered.
Arazvoc: "What the hell happened?"
"N-No idea sir."
Neko, now in his aircraft picked up his radio.
Neko: "Sakura, open the portal to that dimension now. Location, near the gate of the Molonian Capital. Make it big enough to fit a jet."
Sakura: "Affirmative."
A large rift opened above the city gates, like the skies were being torn apart showing blackness like space. Neko entered without hesitation and closed his eyes- and there he was, flying above a gigantic tropical island. In the very middle, hidden by many thousands of trees stood a gigantic mansion and several other buildings with one of it being a huge garage where aircrafts and tanks were kept, the second largest building was the weapons room; a box full of hundreds of shelves, filled with many kinds of arms and military hardware- He turned around and saw the rift closing fast behind him. The aircraft flew downwards- down it went until it had descended 10 feet above the ground- Touch down, it had landed smoothly on the beach sand just a kilometer from the front of Neko's headquarters.
Neko: "Safe."
Sakura: "Hurry up, captain. We found another roleplayer in the coalition."
Neko: "Who?"
Neko now climbed down his aircraft which he stroked with his hand and quivered, broke into microscopic pieces and reformed into [π¬πΊπππΌ π¦ππ½ π―πππππ ]. While listening to the radio attached at the front of his vest, a few moments after fixing his gun back in his pockets he directed his gaze at the mansion and headed straight to there by foot.
Bunny: "Wolfwood. The rest have not yet been found, boss."
Neko: "Cool. How are the others?"
Bunny: "Perfectly fine. They're somewhere in the mansion. I reckon Ishigami ate something funny and had a stomach ache but it's nothing important really."
Neko was greeted at the gates by six armed soldiers, protected in every inch of their body by bulletproof armor. And inside he went in the garden(passing through, a brown haired boy which was Ryujin Okamura arguing with a little girl about doujinshis). A tall well built man with black hair and eyes, a large metallic cross hung behind his back greeted him, cigarette in his mouth. His name was Nicholas D. Wolfwood.
Wolfwood: "Good afternoon, Neko. How was patrol?"
Neko: "Hello, it was good. Just found out some interesting information. Are Bunny and Sakura in the Robotic Facility? And how many times do we have to talk about this, Nick. Quit smoking."
Wolfwood: "Yeah. Please follow me."
Wolfwood gave him a poker face as a reply and acted as thought he didn't hear the last sentence. Wolfwood then led him to the control room, passing through corridors, staircases, then nine floors down the elevator underground. It took 10 minutes to get there.
Neko: "Did you gain any status yet?
Wolfwood: "Not yet, Neko. I don't feel anything nor does anything happen when I say 'Status'."
Neko: "Hm, I wonder what Hiiro is doing."
Before going to the Robotic Facility, The room was magically almost as large as the mansion itself, it might have been due to Sakura's reality warping in the dimension to make the room bigger than it should be. The left side of the room was decorated with many humanoid and non-humanoid robots that can be piloted like that of Gundams or Jaegers, and in it's right were dozens of computers and androids. There were also alot of other Sakura, not just one but atleast a dozen perched on chairs and fixed on the computers they are using. Wolfwood gave a half-hearted salute to Neko and left the room.
Neko: "Your skills are amazing as always... And what are you guys doing?"
Bunny was typing really fast in his keyboard, he heard Neko, stopped, and looked at him. He looked as thought he were told to die in three days time. His hair was a little messy and his goggles dangling from only one ear, he also had large eyebags.
Bunny: "Hullo, boss."
Neko: "Hey, and what happened to you?!"
Bunny: "Just mapping the whole world."
And he yawned, slouched to his desk, then finally fell asleep. All the other Sakura seemed to be quite tired as well, some were sleeping on their chairs.
Neko gave a quick look at the screens. And found himself staring at a whole map with their full names on each place, the continents, the countries, the tourist attractions, rivers, forests. This level of data took his breath away.
Neko: "You guys have done great, take a rest. Don't you sleep here, go to your rooms or you'll wake up with your backs aching."
Neko urged the others awake, it had no effect. So he summoned his soldiers with the [ππ’π€π¬πΆπ±] skill to come and carry them and take them to their rooms instead, which this time went smoothly. Neko was about to leave the room when he caught a glimpse of something flash red displayed in one of the computer screens next to him- It was blood.
There was a shower of blood in front of the cameras belonging to one of Bunny's airborne drones. An adventurer was just sliced in half from head to toe by an overgrown baldie using a big axe beside a cargo. A battle was taking place, it was most likely a bandit attack and the latter seem to be in the winning side. They were just about to advance on 2 elven women most likely siblings when a bandit came hurtling at the other bandits and started attacking them, a teenage boy with white messy hair and spectacular blue eyes radiating with determination was watching in a corner while spectating the battle with serious glares. It was Skyler Wilson, another custom character granted power to by Azathoth. By far the only one he had given the power to copy other's abilities completely but temporarily if given the right targets.
