"Mmm. Right, give her my phone number and tell her to just send the cake to my company tomorrow," Gu junjie saw that his assistant have arrived so he hugged him and thanked, "thanks for the dinner. Call me if something happens".
Huang peizhi smiled and patted his back. He let go and sent him out, "Sure. Tell uncle and auntie to not worry too much".
Gu junjie nodded and went to the back seat.
Assistant He give a honk as a signal of leaving and drove out from the mansion's large land.
"Young master, the Old master called me earlier...they said that the Sheng family planned to throw some dirty waters on miss huang,"Assistant He glanced on the rear view mirror.
Gu junjie obsidian eyes darkened and there's rage in it. "I didn't have time to play with them. You go and handle them".
Assistant He nodded. Its super easy desling with these kinds of people and he didn't need to do much. Because everyone know that he is Gu junjie's most trusted right hand man and even big bosses need to watch their words when talking with him. If the sheng family want to bribe him? The Gu family residence was not far and it took them only 15 minutes to arrive. When gu junjie just alighted from the car, he saw his whole family waiting for him inside.

Gu jinhai face darkened. "The sheng Corp's shares plummeted and their company now was in huge sum of debt. Their young miss, Sheng Yunxian, liked you so they probably want to use her".
"The sheng family knows that I'm the one who made them like this and they have been disliking huang zhilan and only wanted her money. When they found out that its me saving her, they would think that I liked her and didn't want that to happen. Sheng Yunxian also have been bullying huang zhilan quite a few times and her hatred towards her probably have rise to the point she's willing to let herself being sacrificed," Gu junjie take off his suit jacket and just explained the situation that will happen. He pondered for a while wether to tell his family or not that he was with huang zhilan now.
Because he is the only son of the family, if he wanted to have a wife, its the same as deciding the head family's wife. He was the one who managed the gu family so he is the head of the famiy and that's why every women wanted to be his wife. If they know that he is with huang zhilan, they won't oppose it as the Huang family have been friends with them.
"Right. You gonna have a daughter in law soon," Gu junjie walked to the stairs and climbed it.
Gu jinhai and Wang xixi quickly stood up and followed him curiously. "Who is it?"
"Its not appropriate to tell you her name now but just tell your friends that you will have a a daughter-in-law soon so that the sheng family will move in action," Gu junjie explained plainly and shut his bedroom's door ruthlessly.
Gu jinhai and wang xixi usually would be angry seeing him acting like that but now they were so happy that they quickly went to the bedroom, in intention to call everyone to inform that their son finally found himself a woman.

Gu junjie walked out from the bathroom 10 minutes later with only a towel covering his lower body. His muscular body was so seducing and tempting. The water droplets from his damp hair went down to his neck and to his bare chest. Just this alone can make one's throat turned dry.
If its huang zhilan or other women seeing this, they probably kowtow a few times to thank god for letting them see such beautiful and rare scene.
He went to his phone that was thrown on his bed and opened it. He saw a few messages from an unknown number.
Unknown: hello. Brother gu, its me huang zhilan. Brother told me your number earlier...

When Gu junjie read the last message, he chuckled and he can perfectly imagined the woman's dissapointed face seeing him didn't reply to her
messages. He directly called her as he went to his closet, checking his clothes.
He changed to his home clothes and loomed at the call that was clearly ringing yet wasn't answered.
He went back to the bed and sat on it. He called her a few times and the call finally connected. What came after was an angry voice,
"Damn it. For god sake, call me tomorrow. I'm in a bad mood," Huang zhilan was actually upset seeing her messages was left with no replies nor did it was read. When she saw an incoming call, she just left it aside and wanted to sulk but the call went for a few times and it angered her. She picked it up and shouted but no response came.
