"Now, don't be disappointed if he can't go, Jellybean," Dad said as we walked up the steps. "This is kind of sudden, after all."
"But he has to come!" I whined.
Dad gave me a kind smile as he knocked on the door. "Okay, okay. Let's see what they say first, okay?"
I nodded as a broad smile spread across my face. It was funny that when I'm on jumps, I could feel my own emotions, as well as the emotions of my host.
The door opened a moment later and Stellan gasped. Colt's mother was standing in the doorway and a broad smile spread across her face.
"Ryan! Tasha! To what do we owe the honor?" she asked and then her smile faded. "Is something wrong?"
Dad shook his head. "No, nothing's wrong." He looked down at me and smiled, patting my back. "We're going to Disney World tomorrow and Tasha was wondering if Colt could go with us."
Her eyes nearly bugged out of her head. "Seriously?"
