Clayton really wanted to strangle Henry. How he could not have remembered to tell us that in the beginning? Clayton was acting like he had all the time in the world. No pressure. He can take his time with the game. Now he is being told he only had until midnight on New Year's Day.
"How much time do I have right now?" Henry wasn't sure. So he went to check in the system. He's looking and looking until he found it. And the look on his face makes Clayton worried. Henry was comprehension of telling Clayton exactly how much time he had left. He wasn't sure how Clayton could accomplish it. Henry opened his mouth and Clayton took a deep breath in and.
"Clayton the systems say you exactly 48 hours left to complete the game before were stuck." "That is like two days where I'm from" Clayton was thinking, but he remembered that time is different here. Henry got ready to tell him the rest of the bad news.
"But where you're from it's always New Year's Eve. So instead of it being 48, it's actually 24 hours, but you skipped a scene so now you have 20 hours left." So Clayton was like how was he going to be able to finish this game. What happens if he dies or something crazy happens? He panicked for a minute. Then got himself together. He believed he could do his. No, he knew he could do this. He had the courage to conquer this game and get home.
"Don't worry. I got this. Let's get to it." So Clayton unpause and went back to playing the game. He had a mission. He had to help Cloud complete this game. Not only for himself. But for Henry and all the other players who themselves finish this quest. He was going to make himself proud. He looked at the sign again. The next stop was the Great Glacier. Getting to the Great Glacier was a bit of a maze. We got lost most of the time. Until we figure out the maze. and got on the right track. We came up to another sign. But that sign we had seen early so we had to reroute and then we went into the forest. Then came up to a landmark and we took the right and then to a three-way split. We took the up route from the three-way split. And we ended up in an area that was very windy and very cold. After finally getting out of the area, we found a cabin. We enter the cabin to get out of the cold and maybe possibly get some directions on how to get out of here. We met a man named Holzoff and he hadn't seen anybody up here in ages.
"My gosh. It's been a while since anybody has been up. I have been living in this cabin for almost 20 years." He tells Cloud and them that he only helps climbers stay warm and help giving direction when challenging the mountain. Cloud decides to give the mountain a challenge. It was a process. Clayton wasn't sure if he and Cloud could get through. With the snow and the wind in your face. You have to brace for the cold. Clayton wanted to call in the towel because that cold can get the best of you. But he kept on going on. They got to the top and the man in the cabin told them which direction to head to next. He told them when we reach the top of the mountain to head left and keep going straight and well reach the Gaea's Cliff before getting to the Crater.
The Gaea's Cliff was very tricky. We had to be careful of sharp ice cones. They were hanging from the ceiling from inside the cliff. Every few minutes the cliff was shaking and a cone would fall. And we notice that when they fall. They would in areas that we needed we couldn't be now we could. We backtracked to hop on to those cones and they lead us all the way to the exit. Clayton wanted to check his watch to see how much time was the timer. The timer read.
"19:57:23." Clayton was like getting through the snowy area earlier took a couple of hours away from us and we still have other areas to cover. Clayton was getting a little worried, He hoped he could pull it through before time was up. But he kept up with it. They finally reach the Crater. The Crater was huge and it was surrounded by glowing green water. The green water was splashing from all sides and twirling around the Crater. Cloud and the team slid the Crater to get close to the green water. They noticed that there was disturbance down in the Crater. Cloud and his team know that Sephiroth was on his way. He feels as though he can find what he looking for here. The Shrina president, Rufus, is on his way to steal something again. Clayton can't remember what is, but maybe members of Cloud's team can get some revenge for all the bad things Shrina has done to them.
As they go deeper into the Crater, the scenery changes and its looks. It seems as though they have walked to an illusion set up by Sephiroth. Probably trying to distort their vision of what they are really seeing. Then all of nowhere Sephiroth and hits us all with his knife. The team blacks out. Only Cloud and Clayton awaken. We follow Sephiroth and come upon a crystal coffin and inside we see Sephiroth's body. Were like who the hell is this we have been chasing after? And come to find it, it was just an illusion. Sephiroth's body had been hiding in the Crater the whole time. Then Sephiroth wants to give us to remember the past. And Clayton was thinking was does this have to do with us finding your body inside this Crater.
"Cloud don't you remember what happened back in Nibelheim?" Cloud remember but did that have to do with anything.
"Do you remember how we both met each other?"
"Yeah, I remember. We met when I was in Solider and you were leading the team on a mission. We were going back to my home town."
"Oh really?"
"Sephiroth, what are you trying to say?" The Sephiroth tells Cloud something he believes is true, but Cloud thinks he's lying.
"It wasn't you was with me it. It was somebody else."
