Even though the guide doesn't know, I'm pretty smart and I know technology hasn't advanced to the point that they can create souls with magic yet, so I think I know that happened. To think that someone managed to acquire a soul besides their own, AND combine it with technology and magic. Truly amazing.

Yeesh, whoever sent me here with this mission is clearly trying to earn some favors from their Lord huh? "What do these abilities do?" I said in a questioning tone, even though I knew a few of these, the ones I know used to be top-tier abilities, and now they're the starter pack for a 'low-quality' Terraformer. Now I truly wonder what happened to the universe while I was absent.

Oh, an ability I haven't seen yet, nice. Even though it's totally useless and just whoever sent me down here's way of trying to speed up the completion of this mission.

[Energy Manipulation: The holder of this skill has immense control over the energies of the world and energies of the various realms of this world.]
Ah, I remember this one, this was one of the top-tier abilities 10,000 years ago, seems like the universe itself underwent a giant change. This ability was amazing for world-hoppers, and the 'Adaptability' ability was a must have too.

[Adaptability: This ability allows its holder to adapt to any condition known of this world no matter how harsh.]
Well what do you know, it just so happened that another former top-tier ability that goes incredibly well with 'Energy Manipulation' is apart of the starter pack. I'm starting to get excited!
"Dominator."
[Dominator: This ability allows its holder to dominate/enslave other beings depending on the power of their soul. If the power of the individual's soul is stronger than the holder, then the ability will fail. If the holder's subordinate kills something/someone, and acquires XP, the holder acquires 75% of the stats of the enemy that died.]
Oh! Now I've never seen this ability before, and its amazing! I can't wait to try this out on half the population of this world!
"Naming."
[Naming: This ability allows the holder to strengthen his subordinates by giving them a name. The amount of energy the holder puts into the name they give to there subordinates affects how much power the subordinate acquire.]
Well, it makes sense that there would be a ton of new skills that would be discovered in the span of 10,000 years. Considering we've only discovered approximately 2.5% of the universe, which is a surprise in itself, I'm not surprised. This ability is definitely affiliated with the 'Dominator' ability.
"The Ruler's Domain."
[The Ruler's Domain: This passive ability buffs all the stats of the holder's subordinates or allies by 55% when within 30 meters of the holder.]
Oh this is an old ability too, although it was only mid-tier back then, look how low its fallen, truly sad.
"Soul Taker."
[Soul Taker: This ability allows the holder to take the soul of an opponent if the strength of the holder's soul is higher. When the opponent's soul is taken, the holder of the skill is allowed to either absorb the soul, thus, absorbing all of the soul's stats, levels, skills, and lifetime experience, or deposit the soul into the 'Soul Cauldron'.]
Oh? Soul abilities? Since when? I'm definitely using this ability, I'd be the stupidest being in the universe if I didn't!

[Soul Cauldron: This ability allows the holder to store other souls inside of it. When needed, the holder can withdraw a soul from the cauldron for whatever case.]
Eh, I'm probably not using this, maybe if I need to save souls for my subordinates, but other than that, I won't use this ability much.
"Soul Peek."
[Soul Peek: This ability allows the holder to peek into an individual's soul if the holder's soul is stronger than the one they're trying to peek into. Peeking into an individual's soul allows the holder to see all the individuals memories, secrets, everything. This can also damage the individual depending on how much weaker their soul is if not done carefully.]
Oh my...They've really progressed far with the abilities related to the soul, and its apart of a starter pack for a low-quality Terraformer? What are top-tier abilites then?!
"Eye of The World."
[Eye of the World: The ability works only in this world. It allows it's holder to see the information for anything and everything in this world.]
Ah, this was a newly discovered top-tier ability before my previous term ended, although it isn't as powerful as most top-tier abilities, its extremely convienent either way.
"W-Woah... To think that I was tasked with such an important mission!" I halfheartedly said as I finished reading the information for all the abilities. I kind of wish I wasn't tasked with such a garbage mission, and especially not from someone trying to earn extra points from their Lord.
"It shouldn't be a problem if I got rid of some of the population would it?" I said waiting for the voice that spoke to me before to respond. I just needed to make sure that I could cause some destruction here and there.
