"Meiko! Meiko!" shouted a blonde haired man with hazel eyes as he sprinted into the town of Cuore, located in the hills outside of Rome. He was in his late twenties and was wearing a purple t-shirt with blue shorts and running shoes. Over his shoulder was an old man covered in bruises and a few cuts.
"Bring him in Rete!" Meiko shouted.
Rete rushed the man into Meiko's clinic. In a few minutes three more people arrived filling up the small patients room. Together the five of them formed the Scudi family, La Famiglia Di Scudi.
Avecii their boss was a messy, blonde haired man in his late twenties with blue eyes. He was wearing a yellow long sleeve T-shirt and light brown cargo shorts with flip flops.
"What happened Rete?" Avecii turned to him.
"I was talking with some people in downtown Rome when I saw a group of shady guys come out of an alley," Rete explained, "When I went to see what they were doing there I found vecchio Mattia."
"Did you see who they were?" Primo asked.
Primo was around the same age as Avecii. He had spiky, black hair and brown eyes and always carried around his favorite weapon, a pair of brass knuckles. He was wearing a red tank top with green pants and army boots.
"Of course he didn't you meathead, otherwise he would have told us already!" Meiko said annoyingly.
"What was that you second class doctor?!" Primo fired back.
"You two, can you please not fight, it makes my stomach turn…" whispered Tielmo.
Tielmo was in his early thirties and was by a large margin the oldest member in the family. He had white hair and a white goatee to go along with it and green eyes. He was wearing dark brown cargo shorts and a green t-shirt with goggles on his head and a pistol on his hip.
"IT'S NOT OUR FAULT YOU CAN'T STOMACH VIOLENCE!!!" Shouted the two in unison.
"HUCK! I'm gonna vom… *Blough*" Tielmo ran to the trash can.
"How's vecchio Mattia doing?" Avecii turned towards Meiko.
Meiko was slightly older than Avecii and had brown hair and blue eyes. He was, without a doubt the smartest member in the family, and the doctor. He was wearing a white lab coat on top of a blue long sleeve T-shirt and black pants and black shoes.
"He'll be fine, I took care of the slash wounds and gave him a painkiller and sedative. Should wake up in an hour or two." Meiko explained.
"I see that's good…" Avecii breathed a breath of relief.
"Rete, what the attackers looked like?" Avecii asked.
"They were hiding their faces with medical masks but one of them had a tattoo of a dagger or a sword on his forearm." Rete recalled.
"Avecii, that's the sword family, La famiglia della spada." Primo said.
"Yeah, they run Rome's underground right now and are known as the most ruthless people to ever do so, if anything we want to stay as far away from them as possible." Avecii thought out loud.
"Vecchio Mattia was the second person to be attacked from our town right?" Avecii asked no one in particular.
"Yeah, the first was signorina Mia, we're lucky Tielmo found her before they could hurt her even more." Meiko replied.
"There's a good chance that they'll try for her again, I've heard word that the collectors are getting bored of the old items on the market." Meiko stared at Avecii.
"Rete, find out whatever you can about the people who attacked Mia, chances are the same people will attack her again." Avecii turned to him.
"Alright, I'll see what I can do tomorrow." Rete said.
"You do that…" Avecii said in thought, "We'll wait to see who attacked Mia and we'll give spada another chance."
The four nodded in agreement.
"Tielmo and I will shadow the people we think may be attacked tomorrow." Primo said, grabbing Tielmo by his collar.
"I can't stomach violence, PLEASE AVECII LET ME STAY BACK!!" Tielmo fell down to his knees and grabbed Avecii's flip flops.
"AHHHHH! You're touching the boss' feet!" shouted Meiko jumping out of his chair.
"Get up you wuss!" shouted Primo as he grabbed Tielmo.
Primo pulled Tielmo up and put him in a headlock. Meiko pulled back a punch.
"WAIT!! A real doctor wouldn't hurt anyone!" struggled Tielmo.
Meiko paused and stared at Tielmo with a blank expression. Sweat started to drip down Tielmo's head as he waited for the response.
Meiko stared at him blankly
"Say something!!!" Shouted Tielmo.
"Hey, nurse, hold him down I'll punch him." said Primo.
"Who'd you call a nurse muscle-for-brains!?!? and I have a better idea!" giggled Meiko as he grabbed a scalpel.
"Let's take him to the back…" Meiko walked into his office followed by Primo.
"NOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!" shouted Tielmo as Primo dragged him inside.
A few moments later he came out with a swollen face twice the size of a bowling ball.
"I'll… I'll do ith... both…" He said with his swollen lips.
There was still a lot of noise coming from the room, a few moments later Meiko and Primo emerged. Meiko's face was swollen to twice the size of Tielmo's and was covered in bruises while Primo had cuts all along his body and his hair was miss aligned.
'What happened to you guys!?!?!?" Rete shouted.
"He started it!" Primo and Meiko pointed to each other
"What are you grade schoolers?!?!" Rete scolded.
"Primo, Tielmo, its fine I have someone in mind so I'll do the shadowing tomorrow." Avecii said.
"Avecii are you sure?" Primo asked.
"Yea, don't worry about it." Avecii said as he headed out.
