She didn't know what to feel or how to feel when she seen the familiar face, behind the transformation Scarlett eyes weren't mistaken that, that was her son. The wolf she was looking at, outside her back porch was her son. She wasn't just swept away by the form in which her son presented himself, it was the fact that he was back— home and safe. Before Scarlett could make it outside Freidich shifted back to human form. And when she got close enough she leaped into his arms.
"(Sobs) don't ever scare me like that again, (grabs Frei's ears) you listening!?"
— Scarlett to Frei
"Yes mother."
"Now get inside and take a shower."
I hurriedly listened to my mothers request, I know how she can be when she's angry. Not affording to waste anytime I hopped right in the shower once I got inside. I never took long showers nor do I remember having, so in about 5-10 minutes I was out. And after getting dressed, I walked into the living room where I saw the old man recovering on the couch. As I stood there and looked at him I told myself
'I did that.'
My mother had to snap me out of trance when she entered the room. She sat me down at the kitchen table and consoles me on everything before asking me to explain my part of the story. Deep down I hope she was ready to hear what happened as I skipped the part she knew.
Flashback— The story goes...
After taking on his true form and subduing Grimcrest members, something took over Freidich when he commanded them to take him to their leader. With little to no choice, Girmcrest members blindly followed orders— taking the Alpha to their king. Their hide out was located far and wide, only traceable by scent. When he got there they were not welcoming at all. Some members had there fangs bared when their leader, Argon, instructed them to stand down. Seeing how Freidich disposed of two of his best men he prosposed a peace treaty but Freidich was not there for negotiations. In contrast, Freidich entered a one-on-one fight with their leader, Argon. As the black and white wolf clashed, there was no doubt Argon was strong but Freidich was stronger, faster and overall more aggressive. These factors plus a toxic bite led Argon to suffer the worse— decapitation and tossed aside. That's how Freidich single-handedly took over a wolf pack.
"And where is that pack right now," the old man added.
"Oh, you're up." Scarlett turned to the man.
"Heheh, you think I'd die from a little scratch mark?" Wapow! Scarlett sent a shoe flying at the old man, "Don't joke around."
"Anyway, my question." the old man turned back to me.
"Yeah, about that, their still held up at the hideout." I replied.
"Their what!?"
EXT. Ghostkeeps Mooncliff
A mansion sat atop a moon-shaped cliff, hidden behind a veil of thick fog and mist. Above, the sound of thunder roaring within the dark clouds. Being there was a very unsatisfying feeling but Heller gently walked the trail that led up to the mansion. When he got to the stairs the doors automatically opened. Upon entering figures stood all around intimidating Heller but Heller was no prey in fact, he could be considered as the 'middle-man.' He approached whoever sat in the throne masking there presence behind the shadows.
"(Takes a knee) Heller, reports to The Family."
— Heller to Hym (Him)
"What news do you bring Heller?"
— Hym to Heller
" News regarding the wolves. Grimcrests' leader Argon was put out of commission...permanently."
— Heller to Hym
Once Heller delivered this message, you could say the atmosphere of the room went uncanny.
"(Irritated) And the perpetrator? What of them?"
— Hym to Heller
"A young alpha...high-schooler I suppose. Furthermore, he now has control of an army of wolves."
— Heller to Hym
"So tell me Heller, didn't you think to stop this...nobody? Whether or NOT (crushes throne handle) he's the Alpha. You're an hybrid and of the Royal Bloodline, don't tell me you can't handle a miniature alpha."
— Hym to Heller
"Excuse me sire, as you said I probably should've intervened but this isn't just any run in a mill Alpha. Through thorough speculation I've come to the conclusion we could be dealing with The Omen of The Old Wolf, The Progenitor."
"(Tch, Hym frowned) If you believe in stories...I personally KILLED the Old Wolf myself. There is no coming back...when I KILL YOU. So if you are, in fact, correct then this is a serious problem. The prophecy states that when the 'Old Wolf' returns, he will raise an army 100, 000 strong and he may lay waste of everything and everyone in his path— that, that cannot happen. Contact the Sun King.
— Hym To Heller
After receiving direct orders Heller was set on carry it out that very insurance. But when one Family member blocked his way out Heller politely asked them to step aside, that quickly went left— as in one of the two dying. Before commotion became chaos, Hym prevented the situation from arising any more and Heller, he smiled on the way out. A member of The Family made a diabolical comment referring to Heller that aroused suspicion amongst them. The general fact is that Heller vampire of their bloodline but he's also part wolf, which brings the question...where does he true loyalty lies?
"Only time shall tell my friend, only time...whether he betray us or not."
— Hym to The Family
