Madoc, Jacob and Nungal were all three on board. Prince Madoc's legendary ship. The Gwennan Gorn.
" So Prince Madoc. Why have you not yet married? " said Nungal.
Madoc (Who was stirring the ship) looked at Nungal, and then at Jacob. Who was avoiding his gaze.
" Well. Nungal. I have yet to find the right woman " said Madoc.
" But. As I have heard. Every woman would be honored to marry you. So I would almost say. That you can choose between any woman you desire " said Nungal.
Madoc looked at Jacob yet again, but Jacob was still avoiding Madoc's gaze, and just looked at the sea.
" Well. Nungal. I don't want just any woman. I want the woman who I am destined to be with, and I am sure that I will meet her one day " said Madoc with a smile.
Jacob also smiled, and so did Nungal.
" Ah. Love and marriage. Truly the most desired and feared things in life. Azrael. Did you ever marry? " said Hermanubis.
" Of course not. I am the archangel of death. So I don't have the right to love and marriage " said Azrael, but that responds saddened Hermanubis.
" Actually. Many gods, and goddess of death have families and children " said Sharur.
" Yeah, but I am not a god. I am an archangel " said Azrael.
" Does that imply. That you don't have a right for a family and children " said Nungal.
" Yep. Us archangels don't have the right for that kind of stuff " said Azrael.
" Well. I don't want to bust your bubble, but do think about the individual. You and I have inhabited " said Hermanubis.
Azrael was quit. While everyone else just smiled.
Suddenly storm clouds started to appear up in the sky.
" Odd. It was clear a moment ago " said Madoc.
" I don't like this " said Nungal.
" Me neither " said Jacob.
Jacob then went to take a look in the sea, and what he saw sent chills down his spine.
" Hey master. You are very good at stirring this ship. Right? " said Jacob.
" The best. Why? " said Madoc.
" Oh. I am just making sure " said Jacob. While looking at Madoc.
Suddenly.
A huge tentacle sprang forth. Out from the waters. Hitting the Gwennan Gorn on the side. Sending it flying out of control.
" What the hell was that? " said Madoc. While trying to get his ship back in control.
" Let us just say. That we have company " said Jacob. While trying not to fall overboard again.
Nungal then went to see what was going on, in the sea, and what he saw. Made him smile.
" It is the Kraken! From greek mythology " said Nungal.
" Actually master. The Kraken is from norse mythology. The greeks have just also made mention of the kraken in their stories " said Sharur.
" Who cares! I want to fight it " but before Nungal could jump straight into the sea. Jacob grabbed him from his shirt and threw Nungal back on the ship.
" Hey! What gives master? " said Nungal.
" You are not going to fight that thing. You are however going to defend my master. While I fight that thing " said Jacob.
" Admit it. You just want to fight the Kraken as much as I do " said Nungal. While also pouting.
" I will not deny that, but I am your master, and you are my squire. So you will do as I say " said Jacob. Who then went downstairs of the Gwennan Gorn.
Nungal just kept on pouting.
" Where did Jacob go? " said Madoc.
" He went to make sure that we were not taking in any water, underdeck " said Nungal.
" Smart boy " said Madoc.
Suddenly.
The Kraken showed itself to Madoc and Nungal, but behind the Kraken appeared something large. That started to overshadow the Kraken.
It was Jacob. Who had teleported into the sea, and then transformed into a dragon.
" So that is what master looks like as a dragon " said Nungal quietly to himself.
" Hey Nungal. I have seen that dragon before. It seems that. He does not just live in the Celtic seas " said Madoc.
Madoc turned the Gwennan Gorn away from Jacob and the Kraken.
The Kraken then started to attack Jacob with is tentacles, but Jacob did not seemed the least bit bothered by the tentacles.
Instead. Jacob punched straight down on the Kraken with his right fist, and sent the Kraken to the bottom of the sea.
Jacob then dove into the sea, and disappeared.
The storm clouds also disappeared which made the rain stop, and brought out the sun.
Jacob (in his human form) appeared back on deck, and then said " Don't worry master. The ship is not damaged in any way "
" That is good to hear my knight. Let us head back to shore " said Madoc.
Jacob nodded, and then looked at Nungal. Who was still pouting.
Jacob patted Nungal on the head, and then said " You will get the next one. I promise. I just could not risk it. With master here " and Nungal then just smiled.
Later, at the Morrigan's cave.
" Did you know that there is famous line in a movie about the Kraken. The line is: Release the Kraken! " said Lug.
" Did you know. That it was Perseus who killed the Kraken in myth " said lady Morgana.
" But the Kraken still originated from Scandinavian folklore " said the Morrigan.
