Scarlet looks around and finds herself in "A maze?" she says looking at the piece of paper glued on the wall of o long hallway made of stone who looks like it doesn't have an end.
She takes the piece of paper who contains the drawing of a maze. On the other wall are carved in stone some words.
"Out of nothing all that it was made. The same energy dwells in me also." reads the girl, outloud, her words echoing in the whole maze.
"Sounds familiar" she says taking the tarot card out of her pocket and waiting for it to speak.
But the man in the card just gives her a glance and continues ignoring her.
"Oh, come on! Don't tell me you're still mad at me!"
"Hmph!..." it's the only sound the card makes
*sight*
"Look, it isn't your fault because i entered the forest and, you helped me, i think...
But anyways, i'm sorry, ok?"
The man in the picture starts laughing so hard that the card vibrates in the girl's hands.
"What's so funny?!"
"You aren't to good at apologising! I remember a person who had the same poor way of doing it. Always made me laugh."
"Yeah, yeah. Now that we're friends again, tell me what's this place"
"This is The Maze"
"And...?"
"It's a maze"
"Thanks for telling me something i already know! Where leads this maze?"
"To the exit, of course!"
"Now i understand why you are The Fool..."
"Hey, that was rude!"
"Sorry, sorry! Just help me already!"
"..."
"Please?"
"Sure thing! This maze is the first one that ever exisisted and, as it tells on the wall, it is made of nothing and everything"
"And this means...?"
"That the piece of paper you're holding is useless"
"Bhahahahahahahaa!!"
"What?"
"Hahahahabahaaa!!"
"Ahh, no, no, i mean the drawing! N-Not mee!"
"Right, right..."
"And why is the drawing of the maze useless?"
"Because this isn't a normal maze, it's very tricky, and that drawing is there just to mislead you"
"Ooh, thank you!"
"Sure! Now bye!"
"Wait! I still need your help if you said that the drawing is useless!"
"Ok, ok, start walking and ask me if you need directions"
"Finally!" says the girl then puts the tarot card in her pocket.
Scarlet starts walking down the hallway. She starts humming a tone then she gets so caught in it that she doesn't even pays attention to where she's walking.
Soon she's facing a mirror in a dead end. The girl turns around to get out but there is another wall.
She's trapped between four walls and the only thing that is in room with her is a mirror.
Scarlet takes out the tarot card and says:
"I need your help, i'm trapped in this room with a mirror. What do I do now?
But the tarot card doesn't say anything.
"Agh! Why do you always abandon me in the moments i need you the most!" she says putting the card back in her pocket.
"Now what?" the girl murmurs annoyed, putting a hand at the back of her neck from frustration.
She feels something like
"A mark? I don't remember having one..."
"It feels like it's recent, i remember when i found the card, the back of my neck felt like it was burning"
"I can't make out it's shape, strange..."
"Now that i think about it, i didn't take a nap in a long time.
"Maybe it's better if i rest a little, till the card talks again.."
And just like that, the girl sits in the corner of the room and goes to sleep, too tired to think about any danger that might come for her.
