Turns out they loved my cooking but then they all went to do their jobs and that's when I remembered what really happened that night so I went straight to Stephen and started pressuring answers from him. He told me everything and that's when I was going to accept the offer that was going to change our lives forever.
Stephen: Are you okay now? You were really stressed yesterday and I had no right to bring something so personal for you to accept that offer. I-
Melanie: Uhh- yea about that offer I will accept it but on one condition.
Stephen: I accept that condition.
Melanie: But you don't even know that condition. What if I ask to be the leader of your "mafia" or ask to marry you!?!!?
Stephen: Oh damn so you were thinking of marrying me aren't we going a little too fast beautiful.
Melanie: Just listen to the condition . My best friend will be with me.
Stephen: Yea I would rather give my mafia to you do you even know how much she talks.
Melanie: But you already accepted that condition didn't you?
Stephen: Fine.
I wanted Tia to come with me because she had no one here except me and I knew she hated that job too. She was an orphan and we met in middle school . I hope I made the right choice.

Tia: Where the hell were you? Did something happen to you?
Melanie: Calm Down! I am totally fine .
I told her everything that happened and that she would be with me to wherever we will working.
Tia: OMG! OMG! OMG! Thank you! Thank you! finally I would be getting out of that hellhole
We just talked and binge watched movies as she resigned from her job. The day went by and it was night time ,We were just going to sleep when I heard a loud bang on the door. WHO WAS IT? Me and Tia opened the door slowly and it was Lucas.
Melanie: Lucas What are you doing here in midnight?
Tia: Omg who is this hot stuff!!
Melanie: Tia shut up for a sec.
Lucas: Boss didn't tell you.
Melanie: Boss didn't tell me what?
Lucas: We are going to New York. That's where you and your cute best friend will be working.
My jaw dropped I WAS GOING TO WORK IN NEW YORK AND LUCAS JUST FLIRTED WITH TIA. I think they are going to have cute babies.
Lucas: We'll be leaving in an hour . I am sorry my boss didn't tell you . Let me help you guys with packing.
Melanie: Its ok Lucas . I'll pack my bag just help tia to pack hers because she just can't stop staring at you.
I packed my bag immediately which became a total mess but that's not my fault its because of that Stephen. He could've just texted me but no I will send lucas an hour before we leave . Stupid Stupid Stephen.
We got into the car and drove to the airport. Tia and Lucas flirted continuously, it was like I was third-wheeling . We got to the airport and I couldn't believe that we were going on private jet. I was so happy. We got into the jet and that's when I saw Stephen. He noticed me but turned back to work .
The jet flew and I was bored as hell even if there were many people around they were all busy and tia was busy with Lucas.
Lucas came up.
Lucas: Boss the Wrathers (enemy mafia)are not accepting the deal and want 80% of profit.
Stephen: Well ask them one last time and if they don't accept the deal Tell them Leopardo (leapord) is coming for them.
Melanie: *I giggled* and said "my dog's name was also leopardo when I was teen"
Everyone had that shocked face as they stared at me.
Melanie: What? Did I just say something wrong?
Mia: Stephen goes by the name Leopardo.
Stephen had that angry face too.
Melanie: OH WELL! *I laughed out loud*
Stephen: Everyone back to work.
Stephen comes up to me and makes me sit on his lap I was still chuckling and laughing. I was quite surprised like the others but it felt right in some way.
Stephen: So you think it's right to make fun of the leader of Silver Wolf Mafia
My cheeks became red of the heat between us
Melanie: Uhh- No but it was kinda funny.
Stephen: Kinda funny huh
His deep voice was the best and anybody could fall in love with his voice.
Melanie: Ya. Don't you have work to do, You just left your work 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐦𝐞.
He became angry after I let out the last two words but why. He stood up and went to his seat angrily. What did I do to make him angry? I felt like it was fault and that's when I started to have another panic attack not because we were high up in the sky but because I remember the last time I made someone angry and what did he do to me. Stephen came running to me.
Stephen: Breathe belle (beautiful)
Melanie: Stop! Please don't hurt me . I will do as you say. Please please please don't hurt me.
Stephen: Baby girl I would never hurt you.
I started to black out 𝐚𝐠𝐚𝐢𝐧.
When I woke up I was in comfortable bed.
Melanie: Feels like déjà vu . *I giggled*
I went outside and asked tia what happened. She told me how I was sleeping in Stephen's lap and how he carried me in hands from the jet to this mansion. I was shocked and some how relieved that he was the one who took care of me . I was blushing.
Melanie: Whose room was I sleeping in?
Tia: YOUR ROOM
Melanie: WHAT?
Tia: Yes your room girl. He gave you the best room in this whole mansion.
I knew where I was gonna go after talking to Tia.
I loved my new bedroom but the fact that he gave me the best room was astronomical.
