Staring at me I watched as Luke patiently waited for me to answer him. My mind lay in a fog as I had no idea what to say to him.
"I-uhm, well you see. Uhm"
Unable to give an answer all I could do was stutter out a response that just made me sound like a complete idiot. Gazing up at the red-haired boy I saw him give me a confused look. Well, of course, he was confused I would be too if I was him.
"Uhm, if it's something you don't want to talk about then you don't have to you know? I just wanted to know since there has been a weird air going on between you two"
Weird is an understatement. Honestly, not even I knew what was with that guy. One minute he is friendly and the next he is giving me the cold shoulder and looking at me like I was dog poop.
"I know what you mean by that but there really isn't anything going on. I swear."
