"Ugh, has anyone seen my charger?"
"I think you left it on my bed"
We watched a distraught kat rush off to Alison's bedroom. Looking at each other we laughed at our friend.
"So, how have things been lately at the Miller's?"
My lion haired friend asked laid on the couch on her stomach. Looking up at her from my place on the floor I grumbled in annoyance.
"Just great. Things have never been better. Just damn peachy"
I faked a smile giving a thumbs up. Rolling her eyes as me Ally shook her head reaching for the snacks on the table before answering me.
"You know, you could have simply said you did not want to talk about it. No need for such sarcasm"
"Would you have left it at that if I said I didn't want to talk about it?"
"Nope"
