Making our way down to the restaurant area where the rest of our classmates were I gawked at the meals set before each table. The school had made sure to reserve the entire dining area for the students to eat their dinner and boy was I grateful for that.
Ditching my friends I made a beeline towards the all-you-can-eat buffet table. Grabbing a large plate I began stacking all kinds of food on it but the majority consisted of meat. I mean who does not love meat? Unable to pile any more food on top I grabbed the last chocolate muffin and held it in my mouth instead.
Looking around for somewhere to sit I perked up when I noticed an empty table. Making my way there I dodged a few wandering students manoeuvring around them, careful not to drop my plate and its contents. Relieved that I made it without dropping a single thing I carefully put my plate on the table before pulling the chair out to sit in.
