Stretching my arms to my sides I covered my mouth as a yawn came out my mouth.
"Man, I am beat"
"How are you already this tired when you just woke up?"
I turned to look at Harriet with tired eyes. Unlike my dark-circled and clammy-skinned self she looked put together as a wide smile graced her lips. She busied herself with the hand mirror in her hand as we walked down the hallway. Turning forward I shrugged my shoulders in answer.
"By the way what was up with you and your friends yesterday?"
"What do you mean?"
"Well, the girls and I were sure we walked in on something you were doing but we're not sure exactly what"
"Oh, that. Don't worry about it. It's just us being our usual weird selves"
