Arthur was nervous, very nervous. He didn't know what to tell Lena. That's why he is sweating buckets now. But he still felt the need to say something.

Arthur shook his head out of helplessness and smiled depressingly. Then he took a deep breath in.
He then held up Lena's lowered head, looked her in the eyes and slowly sealed her lips.
Lena's lips were slightly salty due to the tears. I did not go for a deep kiss. Instead, I softly touched her lips and transmitted her my warmth.
When the kiss ended, Lena showed me a small smile. "… Thanks." She then used the sleeve of her mage clothing to wipe her tears.
" silly woman. Why are you saying sorry when i am the one who made you cry? But i still can't answer your questions, not because of some stupid reason like you being devil or trust issue. It's just i can't explain it to you now for some reason. But i promise that i will tell you later. Please trust me for a while, Lena."
Lena's expression softened. "It doesn't matter. I don't mind waiting… Even if I have to wait for one hundred years, I'll wait happily!"
"… Don't worry, I'll not make you wait for so long." I smiled wryly.
Lena looked at me and nodded. She then brought her lips to mine and gave me a peck.
We shared kisses without restrain, indulging in each other's warm.
"Arthur.." Lena whispered and caressed my cheek. "I'm so happy. It's been a while since i felt like this, this happiness, i don't want it to end."

"Then don't… Lena, I promise to marry you in this life."
Lena was stunned, but in the next second, she smiled bitterly. "Please Arthur, stop. You know that's impossible. Sooner or later we have to leave each other. Don't give me false hope." She then shook off my hand and stood up.
But before she could leave, I grabbed her arm again.
"You don't believe me, right?" I curved my lips up.
" It's not that… Arthur, I know about your situation… I don't want to cause you more problems. Please, just give up on that. It's enough if you remember about me in the future."
I smiled bitterly. It looks like Lena already gave up completely.
"Let me show you something."
Then Arthur suddenly took out a bottle. It had deep red liquid in it. It's a potion bottle that Arthur bought from system just now.
"What's that?"
Lena was confused as to why Arthur brought out a potion bottle now.
"It's the solution to our problem. If you drink this potion now, you will understand what i mean. Drink it."
Arthur handed over the potion to Lena. Lena examined the bottle from top to bottom. She tried to smell it too.
"What is this potion? It's completely new to me."
"Just try this potion. It's effect is even more impressive than the healing potion you took."
Lena's eyes sparkled hearing that. She didn't hesitate anymore and chugged down the whole bottle.
A few second later..
"Is this some joke, Arthur? Nothing happened. "
Lena glared at me angrily. Arthur also felt awkward because he boasted in front of Lena about how this one is more impressive. But now nothing was happening.
Then suddenly Lena's eyes opened wide.
The next instant, a painful yell assaulted my ears.
"Aaaaaaa!!!!!"
At first, a bright red light suddenly appeared on Lena's forehead between her eyebrows. It gave off an indescribable magic power. Then, it gradually began to spread downwards in a cloudy fashion. The red light became more and more dense, and soon her head was dyed in red, and even his hair became red as well. It seemed very strange.
At the same time, drops of sweat the size of beans started dripping down her red forehead. The muscles on her face also started twitching unconsciously. Clearly, she was under unimaginable pain.
Arthur was shocked. He caught Lena's body which lost It's balance due to pain and laid her down in his bed.
That red light was getting thicker and thicker and started spreading onto Lena's whole body. Starting from her head, it quickly covered her neck, chest, waist, arms, hands and legs...
Arthur was panicking seeing Lena like this. He could not explain what's happening in front of him.
After more than tens of seconds, Lena had become a red person. This condition was no different than getting poisoned by exotic toxins. She looked more hideous now.
What worried Arthur more was that he could clearly see that as if there was something alive that was drilling and surging underneath her skin. It created many bulges that continued rushing around in Lena's body. The veins bulged and sweat dripped down like rain...
