"If you're ready, we can start the match whenever you want!" The marquis informed.
"Let him decide the start!" Luis spoke as he stood at the place without moving.
"Before we start, would you mind if I know my opponent's name first?" The descendant asked.
"Luis, would you mind telling me yours?" Luis replied.
"Galvin, let's start now!" Galvin replied as he rushed towards Luis but a bright light flashed and Luis disappeared from the place where he was and Galvin dived in front because he sensed the young man's presence behind him.
"Quite a good reflex you got there!" Luis commended.
"I don't need your compliments!" Galvin spoke as he rushed to Luis again.
Crystals quickly formed from his hands as it covered his fist. A light flashed again and Luis disappeared from his place and Galvin quickly turned to punch behind him but Luis wasn't there until he felt pain from behind as Luis kicked him and he flew forward.
"Damn you!" Galvin exclaimed as he punched the ground and spikey crystals appeared from the place where Luis kicked him but no one was there.
"Ooh! The mutated element of Earth, Crystal!" Luis exclaimed behind Galvin.
"How did he do that? Does he have a Space Element?" A descendant asked.
"No, he doesn't. He's using the light to quickly cover his tracks but he's traversing through the ground so quick as if he was teleporting." A Duke explained.
"So he's a dual elemental user?" The descendant asked.
"I don't know yet." The duke replied.
The battle continued as Galvin kept on rushing towards Luis but the young man kept on dodging him.
"That's it! You really pissed me off!" Galvin exclaimed as his whole body was covered with crystals and with every step, the ground forms spikey crystals.
He rushed to Luis and he didn't punch towards his place but instead, he punched the ground close to Luis as a crater made of spikey crystals appeared and covered a wide radius around him.
"Where are you aiming?" Luis spoke.
Galvin looked up to see Luis up in the air.
"That's what I've been waiting for!" Galvin exclaimed as he chanted a spell where the crystals from the ground quickly expanded and pierced to the place high up in the air where Luis was.
The crystals only pierced through the young man as if he is not existing in that place. A smile appeared on Luis's face as he holds out his hand and a very bright light covered the whole arena and the audience was blinded by that light and in that second, no one knows how but There's a lot of Luis all through-out the arena. As if Luis exists everywhere.
"Where are you coward!" Galvin exclaimed as he threw crystals towards the images but it only passed through.
"Find me if you can! Hahahahaha!" The images of Luis moved around that made the raged Galvin confused.
"He's not only a great Alchemist but a good combatant!" The king was amused by how Luis fight.
"How did you say so, father?" The second prince asked.
"Bro, what is the element Galvin is using?" The eldest prince asked.
"Crystal! That's obvious bro!" The second prince replied.
"And what is the element our guest uses?" The eldest prince asked again.
"Light! Oh! I get it now!" The second prince exclaimed in realization.
"Yes, that's it, son, he's using the opponent's ability to his advantage." The king confirmed.
"I guess we did the right decision, love!" The queen whispered to the king's ear.
"I guess we did!" The king agreed.
The battle continued with Luis casually moved around while Galvin was frenzied trying to find the real Luis.
"His emotions clouded his reasoning. He can't think straight!" One of the Marquises spoke while watching the man randomly throwing crystals around.
Luis continued moving around the arena until the man was completely clouded with rage.
Galvin roared as all of the crystals around the arena were broken and Luis appeared behind one.
"There you are!" Galvin exclaimed as his aura rose and his eyes changed and looked crystalline. He chanted a spell and tons of crystals emerged from the ground and trapped the young man.
Everyone can see how Luis was trapped within the crystal like a fish frozen inside ice. Luis grinned as he clapped his hands and a burst of white light spread as it broke the crystal open and Luis disappeared again.
In a moment, Galvin felt a sharp pain from his nape as his vision slowly blurred and darkened and his consciousness escaped from him. He flopped on the ground and all of the crystals disappeared together with his consciousness.
"What did you do to my son!" A duke rushed to the arena as he took Galvin who is currently unconscious.
"Don't worry, he's just unconscious and what he did can destroy his energy channels, remind him that or else, when he does that again, he will be crippled!" Luis told the duke as he returned to his seat.
The duke carried the unconscious man as he walked down the arena and brought his son to the side where a physician awaits.
Everyone was stunned by what happened. Everything happened in just a split second and then Galvin is already lying on the floor.
After that battle happened, no other descendant dared to challenge Luis again and the battle continued until the participants gained enough wins for the king to decide who won the battles.
For the battle of Forgery, the guy who made the shield made it through. For the Alchemy, no one beat Angelica other than Luis, and for the Battle, the ten-year-old kid win. The weird thing is he challenged ten people and not a single one took a step forward until they all fell unconscious. Luis discovered the secret but no one else does. The kid looked at him but Luis only smiled at him and gave him a thumbs up which made the kid shock.
"My mind is stronger than those people so you can't manipulate mine!" Luis thought.
"So you discovered how I did it! That's unfair!" The kid tantrums in his head.
"No worries! I won't tell anyone your secret!" Luis replied through his thoughts.
Every winner was awarded and the feast continued after that competition.
Meanwhile, inside the Sky Chasers Headquarters. A tick of the glass can be heard repeatedly.
"What is that noise! Please stop it!" Serion exclaimed in a hoarse tone because he just woke up when the noise echoed.
Alyssa went to the source and saw a white eagle in front of the window. Alyssa noticed a container at the eagle's claw and when she opened it, she saw a piece of paper with the royal seal.
As soon as Alyssa took the paper, the eagle flew away.
"Everyone, come to the lobby, quickly!" Alyssa shouted as her voice echoed around the headquarters.
All of them rushed to the lobby except Serion who just returned to his sleep on the couch.
"It's news about Luis!" Alyssa shouted again that jolted Serion up and immediately went to Alyssa.
"What does it say?" Serion excitedly asked.
"Let's wait for everyone first!" Alyssa replied.
A few minutes passed and everyone came, including Mufar who stayed with them for the meantime.
"What's this about Alyssa?" Mufar asked.
"We received a royal summons from the Royal Family!" Alyssa exclaimed.
"Read it, girl!" Julianne exclaimed.
'To Sky Chasers Famiglia,
By the power of the King, Agnario Crixius Springfield V. The Royal Family is summoning the people who got the qualifications to enter Maix's Realm. This summons involves great importance regarding the Sky Chasers.
A royal flying carriage will come tomorrow in the morning! Please be on time!'
Alyssa read it out loud and everyone was shocked when they heard the letter.
"That's new? I guess Luis did something for this to happen?" Mufar spoke.
"We need to prepare now!" Serion exclaimed as he immediately went upstairs to pack his things up.
"We'll stay to look out for the headquarters and we also need to finish Lady Ingrid's requests!" Ana stated as the other three nodded.
"I'll remain here until all of you came back!" Mufar smiled at them.
"Thank you for everything!" Alyssa thanked Ana and Mufar.
"No problem! Oh, before I forget, it's better to bring a gift because I heard, today is the princess's birthday!" Mufar reminded them.
"Alright! Let's get forging, baby!" Archie exclaimed.
"We'll help!" Julianne and Alyssa helped to know what does a girl wants for a present.
Before the sun rises, everyone is in front of the entrance to Riverside City waiting for the royal carriage to come.
From a distance, a gigantic elephant like the beast was flying with a small pavilion on its back. It landed in front of them as it laid its long fluffy ears for them to climb on.
"Please look out for the headquarters while we are away!" Alyssa waved to the five people who will be left.
The interior of the small pavilion looked elegant.
"Please be patient because this ride will take approximately 10 hours before we arrive at Springfield City!" A royal attendant informed them.
"Thank you!" Alyssa thanked the royal attendant.
10 hours passed and from a distance, they can finally see the expansive city and the view is much nicer in the air than on land.
"Welcome to Springfield City, everyone!" The attendant smiled at them.
