As the team got back to Luis's house in the middle of the night, they all went to his bedroom and took a rest.
The girls took the young man's bed while the boys slept on the floor with mattresses for each of them.
As soon as the sun rises, Luis woke up and let the others take a rest as he concocted Grade 4 and 5 pills.
He didn't take another contract but he promised Medicine Plaza that they will be the first people he will contact when he needed to sell his pills.
It's much easier for him to make pills now since the Garden of Consciousness was doing well with Eroditus's care.
The herbs grew fast because of the dense energy the soil of the garden has. It shouldn't be called "Garden" because of its vast size, they should call it "Field" but who knows?
Luis finished concocting 5 batches with 12 pills each for grade 4 and grade 5 pills which has a total of 120 pills. His Alchemy skills got improved since he always concocts pills when he had time but his rank doesn't go up because he hasn't made a grade 6 pill yet.
He sold all of the pills for the astronomical price of 6 million energy crystals with each pill costing 50 thousand each.
"They really love coming here, I should ask Uncle Master Theriud to properly make this place as the Sky Chasers' base." Luis thought as he heads immediately towards the Office of Affairs that was managed by the Vice Dean.
"Good morning, Uncle Master Theriud!" Luis greeted as he approached the bald old man sitting behind the desk.
"Oh! Good morning Luis! What is the purpose of your visit today?" Theriud greeted back as he smiled towards the young man.
"I want to request to upgrade my house into the Sky Chasers' headquarters. Is that possible?" Luis asked.
"I believe that it's not possible young man. If you want to build a headquarters, you need to have a famiglia and it should be outside a school grounds." Theriud apologetically replied.
"Which place is available for now and how much?" Luis asked.
"There are currently 3 buildings available for purchase now," Theriud replied as he took out three pieces of paper with pictures and details on them.
The young man carefully looked at the papers and saw a particular building that caught his attention.
"Uncle, where is this building?" Luis took the paper and showed it in front of Theriud.
"That's the old headquarters of the Quadratic Crystals. They all left after they graduated and established a clan at the Central Continent." Theriud explained.
"Why did they left the building though?" Luis asked.
"Because something is bothering the team and they decided to abandon the place," Theriud answered.
"I'll take that place! How much will be the cost?"
"Do you have any proof of being in a famiglia?"
"What's a famiglia?"
"Famiglia is a group of people that shared a mutual understanding and removed the barrier between individualism and camaraderie. Once the barrier was broken, a mark will appear as the sign of a famiglia formed."
"How to get it?"
"You can't get it yourself, you can only acquire it in some certain circumstance."
"How to know if we already formed a famiglia?"
"Your Mentor's Mark will change into the famiglia insignia and the Mentor's mark will become a sub mark like the classes."
"Oh right! I haven't take a look at that mark again!" Luis exclaimed as he looked at the back of his hand.
Theriud saw the mark and it appears that the mark was already changed from the familiar vial and feather mark of Mufar into a Winged-Wolf soaring past the clouds.
"An insignia of a famiglia! How did you get it?" Theriud exclaimed.
"I have no idea? I'm as surprised as you Uncle Master!" Luis spoke while his eyes were wide opened from shock.
"Anyway, you have the requirements. What are the changes that you want to do with the headquarters?" Theriud asked.
"It's a three-story building with an underground, right? I want to the topmost floor to have a hot bath in the middle and was surrounded by rooms divided into two segments for boys and girls. The second floor will only have three large rooms. One will be a Forgery, another will be Alchemy, and the last will be Library, can I ask to make the walls here reinforced with an anti-sound and shock barrier. Make the lowest floor to have a lobby, a large meeting room, a kitchen, and a room for leisure. Lastly, make the underground a Training Room reinforced of the necessary barriers." Luis requested which was noted by Theriud in a detailed way.
"You want to add for furniture and equipment to be added?" Theriud asked.
"I want to know how much will be the cost first," Luis demanded.
"It will cost 4.2 million energy crystals without the furniture and stuff but you have the rights for the land itself now," Theriud answered.
"How much will be the cost when furniture and equipment are added?" Luis inquired again.
"It will be an additional of 1.5 million energy crystals for a total of 5.7 million energy crystals. Would you like to take it with or without the furniture and equipment?" Theriud showed.
"I'll take it with furniture and equipment," Luis answered with a smile.
"Okay, sign this paper and you're good to go! The moving team will be free this time since you paid more than 5 million energy crystals, as soon as the building was finished, they will move your things to the headquarters from each of the people who have the marks' houses. It will take a total of 2 hours for the building, an hour for barrier inscription, and another hour for moving your things." Theriud informed.
"That fast? Isn't that a bit quick?" Luis asked.
"Don't worry! The team I assigned in this task are professional, they make sure that quality is topnotch when they work!" Theriud winked.
Luis just shrugged and signed the paper by putting the mark against the paper and the symbol of the Sky Chasers was imprinted on the paper.
Words jumbled again as new words formed on the paper.

Luis smiled as he took the paper and put it inside his storage ring.
"Congratulations on your headquarters! I'll inform your master after it was made and we will visit you!" Theriud smiled.
"Please, don't announce this to anyone yet." Luis pleaded.
"Rest assured!"
Luis walked out of the Academy as he went to the Blacksmith who Theriud keep the weapons customized to each member of the famiglia except Cyrius since he's not part of the famiglia yet when the Black Demon event happened.
Luis fetched the weapons and went shopping for some formation forging tools to give Cyrius since he can't give him a weapon.
Three hours passed and Luis went home, he opened the door and saw the agitated looks on the face of the members.
"Luis! Why did you do this without my permission? Are you sabotaging this team from behind?" Alyssa raged as soon as she saw Luis. He can feel their emotions from whatever was happening.
"What's happening? Why are you angry? What did I do wrong?" Luis cluelessly asked.
"You don't know what you did wrong? Some people came to our houses and pulled out all of our things! They said that they were permitted by Sky Chasers!" Alyssa angrily replied.
"Woah, woah! Calm down!" Luis tried to calm them down when a knock suddenly rang from the door.
Luis opened it and he saw a team of men waiting outside his house.
"We came to fetch your things." The one who is in front of the team spoke.
"Please come in!" Luis permitted them to enter his house as the team started to take all of the things from his house.
"They are also here! Tell us what's really happening, Luis!" Alyssa spoke confused about what's happening around her.
Luis only laughed with a burst of loud laughter that startled the whole team. "Don't worry guys, let them do their job and I'll tell you what's happening later!" Luis assured as he sat and waited for his house to be emptied.
After a few minutes, the men piled all of his things neatly outside of his house as they made a teleportation circle and placed it neatly there so that no serious damage will happen to the items.
"I guess it's already done! Come with me!" Luis gestured for them to come; still with an agitated look on their faces.
They walked outside the School of Medicine towards a certain direction from the academy.
They stopped in front of a large majestic three-story building.
"What are we doing here, Luis? Mind explaining what's going on?" Alyssa asked while her arms were crossed over her bosom.
"Okay... Welcome to the Sky Chasers Famiglia Headquarters! This will be our new home!" Luis cheerfully spoke as he leads them inside the building.
It was a very large building with a thousand square meters in size.
Inside, a very wide lobby can be seen where a bulletin board was attached to one side.
He toured them inside the first floor and went to a wide staircase going downwards.
When they reached the underground, they saw a very large arena and some training equipment inside. Their faces looked amazed at what are they seeing.
They went up and head to the second floor where they saw three doors. They entered the left door and saw a very big furnace with a lot of opening in it as anvils and inscription tables were placed neatly around the furnace.
Then next, they head to the door on the right and inside they saw a wide room full of shelves and wide tables with holes and a small vanity chest where herbs can be placed on them.
Next is the room in the center which is a room also full of shelves but not shelves for herbs, but shelves for books, thousands of books.
Some of the shelves also have spellbooks on them and some have informational books.
They went to the third floor where the hot baths and the rooms were. There are a total of one hundred rooms that can be seen and it was divided into 2 parts.
"That's all that I can show you, please call us when you need some help for maintenance!" The leader spoke as they bid farewell.
Of course, Luis tipped them. He gave a total of 10,000 energy crystals to them which is a big amount of money for regular workers like them but a small change for an alchemist like him.
The team immediately went to the hot baths to enjoy their day full of rollercoasters of emotion and also to prepare themselves for their fight against the Team of the School of Medicine, the Burning Cauldron.
