After I said those words I just walked out of there and the lunch bell ring signaling that it's time for lunch. I just let out a deep sigh and head towards the cafeteria. I just got myself some food and sit down taking out my laptop to do my business. Being busy with my things I didn't notice that the table next to me become occupied until I hear voices.
"Where's Vaughn?" an impatient voice booms looking for his nerd friend. "He's probably on the way here," "Yeah, he said he needed to do something at the library and he'll meet us here at lunch." said the twins taking turns completing a sentence.
Lucky, they sit next to my table now almost every eyes in here are focus on them. Not that they'll notice nor give a damn about me but still it's kinda annoying.
"Why are you looking for him anyway?" Zeff asks Thoven in which the twins shush him. "He's been cranky all morning," "So it's probably best to not talk to him." said the twins that are now stuffing food in their faces. Zeff looks at them and just shrugs then he puts his headphones on then eats.
A little while later Paige joins them with a bored look on his face. The twins look at each other then back to Paige, "Does the red hair girl," "Isn't that good?" yeah, you guess it right, it's the twins again. Well, they are pretty talkative for a boy maybe since most of their friends are suckers who chose that it's best to save their saliva from talking and use it on making-outs.
Gross, I know.
Paige sits in front of Zeff and once he notices him he takes off his headphone and shushes the twins, "This one is sulking since morning too. Best not to mess with him." Then the twins started talking to themselves,
"Is it the time of the month for them?"
"Dunno, they both are in the club last night right?"
"Worst sex?"
"Maybe?"
No, I'm not gonna guess who is who. My brain is hurting right now and I'm not gonna make it worse with this non-sense. And if you're thinking that I'm eavesdropping, again, they sit next to my table. And I'm eating as fast as I could so I can get out of here. Well, still I'm typing while eating so it really gonna take some time.
It seems that they all shut up waiting for Vaughn. As Vaughn arrives Thoven grabs some files and hands it to him. The twins, Zeff, Vaughn, and Paige become curious, including me for that matter. While Zeke just remains with his blank expression. "I need more information about this girl." as Thoven is talking Vaughn now starts to look into what he gives him.
"Is it safe to talk about that right?" Zeff asks them maybe waking some sense into them.
"KD?" Vaughn asks Thoven and everyone looks at him.
"Wait, why?" "Doesn't we agree to let her be?"
"I'm just intrigued that's all." Thoven shrugs all the questions his friends are throwing him.
"You already fucked her, and you don't fuck the same girls twice." Paige retorted which makes Thoven looks at him. " I thought you don't care about her."
"I'm just asking Thoven. I don't care about her, I'm just curious about your reason." he looks slightly pissed and I am slightly pissed. How can he say that? Did I piss him off too much so he's done with me? But he still seems affected right?
"I fucked her but she leaves me this little note here." and the said note is grabbed by the naughty twin which I'm guessing now is Curtis. And after reading it with his twin they burst out laughing. "Fuck, Thoven got rejected" "She leaves with just a note saying fuck off." "Hahahaha super classy." that's the twin making fun of their friends. And everyone is now looking at their table gossiping about that.
Thoven looks pissed for a sec then smirk, "You know you're prank isn't that funny anymore. Like anyone would believe that." now it's Thoven laughing while taking the note out of their hand. The people on their table know that the twins are telling the truth and so am I. But Thoven needs his oh-so-great reputation so let just let it slip.
Okay, I'm done. Now I can get out of here. As I stand up a hand stops me and when I look who it is I really stop dead in my tracks and look around. And I think Vaughn gets what I'm talking so he let go. Before I turn my back, I catch a glimpse of Zeke looking at me and I took a step back unconsciously. I look around and I think no one noticed that.
I need to get out of here.
