Chapter 22 - Victory party 2

Time passed by quickly for the two love birds. By the time they realised, it was already 2:30 pm. The party was already starting but none had taken notice of it since they were lost in each other's embrace. They were like that when Bismarck came out and found them.

He cleared his throat loudly, startling the two love birds. Chantel felt so shy she was trying so hard to hide her face while Kevin looked annoyed.

"What do you want, Bismarck? Didn't you see I was a bit busy with something?"

"Hey, I am sorry. But, you are the one who told me to inform you when the party started. So, I came out to look for you and found you here," Bismarck replied apologetically.

"It started already? Then we should go now," Kevin quickly got up.

"Erm, aren't you going to introduce me to your friend here?" Bismarck said again.

"Oh, sorry. Bismarck, meet Chantel. Chantel, this is my best friend Bismarck." he introduced them.

"Hello. It is so nice to finally meet you. Kevin has been telling me a lot about you. I am glad you came to our party. I hope you enjoy yourself." he said to her.

"Nice to meet you too. I'm glad to finally meet you. Kevin has been wanting to introduce us," Chantel admitted.

"Yeah, I bet he did. Anyway, let's go inside. The rest are waiting for you." Bismarck said and headed towards the hall. He was walking ahead of Chantel and Kevin so he could not really hear them when they spoke to each other.

"I like your friend. He is very nice," she whispered.

"Yeah, Bismarck is a nice person. I am sure you will like the rest too. They are equally nice."

"Apart from Bismarck, how many friends do you have?"

"I have about five more friends."

"Wait! What? You have that many friends?" her eyes went wide in surprise.

Kevin just laughed at her. "Oh come on, Chanty. I don't have that many friends. I have six friends and you have three. Mine is just twice more than yours. I don't think it's that scary."

Chantel was walking very close beside Kevin because she felt so nervous. She wanted to meet Kevin's friends but she did not expect to meet a bunch of boys who would do nothing but stare at her like a Barbie doll. Kevin just kept laughing at her. He sensed her nervousness and tried to calm her down.

"Baby girl, come on I don't thin there is any reason to be this nervous. Trust me, they are really nice and they will me sure to make you feel at home. I promise you."

Chantel nodded shyly. They were soon at the entrance of the assembly hall. He turned to her and held her shoulders, keeping her in her place. "Are you ready?"

Chantel was very nervous yet she nodded vigorously. They both entered the room. Kevin saw a group of boys gathered at the other side of the room and walked up to them.

"Hey guys. What's up?" He asked them.

"Hey, man." They all responded in unison.

He brought Chantel close to him. "So, everyone, meet my girlfriend, Chantel. Chantel, these are my friends. They are my closest friend."

"Hi." Chantel said weakly.

"Hello. Welcome to the kings school. I am guessing this is your first time here." one of the boys asked.

"Yes, it is. Thank you."

"Please enjoy yourself okay. The party will start soon. You can make yourself at home." Another one said.

"Okay guys, I and Chantel will go and sit at the other side. We will see you guys later." Kevin said and walked away from the boys with Chantel.

They found empty chairs at the front and sat down. Soon, the room was filled up and the party started. There were no teachers in sight and Chantel was a bit worried.

"There are no teachers here. Where are they?"

"They are not here. Some of them are in their homes Which happen to be out of school and the others here with us are in their bungalows. We are being watched over by our seniors if that is what you want to hear."

Chantel nodded again. The lack of teachers was kind of sending red flags in her head. She knew how far students could go without the supervision of teachers. She hoped the boys here were disciplined enough like the students in her school. The party began and soon everything was forgotten.

Chantel was enjoying herself so much that she had totally forgotten she was not in her school. It was already 6pm and the party was still heavy than ever. She finally turned and looked out. She saw the darkness creeping in and she was taken by surprise.

"Kevin, are you wearing a watch? I need to know what time it is."

"Yeah." Kevin took a glance at his watch and he too became quite surprised. "It's six. Time really flies when one is enjoying himself. Do you want to go with me to somewhere more private? I can show you my dormitory."

"Yeah, let's go." Chantel replied. They both got up from their seats and left the hall from behind.

Kevin held her hand and they headed towards the dormitories. Kevin took her to the room he shares with three other students. The place looked small but it was very spacious and very easy to move around. Kevin's bed was at the far end from the door. It was a bit difficult to spot anyone who sat on the bed if the person looked through the window.

"So, this is where I sleep. And this is my bed." he said as they sat down.

"Yes it feels comfortable. More comfortable than the one I sleep on." Chantel commented.

"Really? That's sad. Anyway, I am happy we are alone again. I really miss you. You don't know how hard it has been without you all these weeks."

"I miss you too, Kevin."

"Chantel, can I kiss you?"

"Here? What if someone sees us?"

"No one will see us. They are all at the party. No one even noticed we left."

Chantel looked like she was thinking about it. Then she finally nodded. "Okay."

They both leaned in. Then their lips touched. Kevin brought her closer to him and deepened the kiss. They had kissed before but this was different. They both were feeling so many emotions from the kiss. Chantel melted into the kiss and started moaning. It got Kevin to kiss her deeply, and chantek loved every bit of it.

But she came to her senses when Kevin tried to lay her on the bed. She pulled away from him slowly. "Kevin I think we should stop." she said.

"Don't you trust me, Chantel?"

"I do but I don't think we are ready for this."

"Don't be scared, Chanty. Nothing will happen. Just let me enjoy your lips for now. I will not let anything happen."

Chantel trusted him and allowed him continue to kiss her. Before they both knew what was happening, they had allowed themselves get carried away.
