Chapter 16 - Author's Note

Author's Note 1

[Author]: Hey guys what's up, it's been a while hasn't it☺️

[BOB.C]: A while? A WHILE?? You do know that it's been months since we last heard from u right😳 We thought u were dead or smtn.

[Author]: Oh sorry bout that, my sis moved out n took her laptop with her😭 Man I was using that but damn😭😭😭

[Reader]: Oh so that's why ur using emojis huh... Figures.

[Author]: Yeeaaaaa🤧 I'm writing this shit on my phone like a chadistic barbarian🥲

[BOB.C]: Who tf do u think u are making up new words? Shakespeare?💀

[Author]: Oh fuck off or I'll curse you with a literal dick head. Like a dick on ur forehead just laying there soaking up the sun.😶‍🌫️

[Reader]: Ayo wtf are you talking abt.

[Author]: I don't even know😭😭😭😭😭... Let's just go back to the story🤧

[Reader]: Well now, hold on there buckaroo... Why don't you go and read the previous chapters to refresh ur memory...

[BOB.C]: Yea I don't want you messing up the storyline😤

[Author]: You doubting my memory👀

[BOB.C]: Yes😐

[Reader]: Yes.

*A long pause appeared in the chat room without any new messages. Both the reader and Bob the Creator waited for a reply, and after a minute the Author finally wrote back*

[Author]: Shii you might be right I'll go check it out tmr...

[BOB.C]: Promise you'll come back tmr! Promise that!!😐

[Author]: Fuck it!! I really do need to get serious abt this so why not, I vow that I shall come by tmr and write. And if I don't my God strike me down with his mightiest thunderbolt!!!

*At that moment, a thunderclap could be heard in the real world, as if signifying the validity of his vow. The Author was shocked but couldn't help but let out a crazed smile.*

[Author]: 'For fuck sake, I guess I rly do have to come tmr...'

...............................

Author's Note 2 *the next day*

[Author]: Fuck now I have to go back and read all of the chapters again🥲

[Reader]: It's barely 15 chapters...

[Author]: Yea but since I've already read it while writing it, I don't see the point in me reading it again... it seems a lil redundant to me🥲

[BOB.C]: Myyyyself, why are you such a lazy bastard😐

[Author]: Idk😔 This is like the third book I've started and left unfinished😭 It's a disease I swear, but... but there's hope🤓 I've started my, "Live life to the fullest, and give it ur 100%" era and I'm feeling good about it. I mean although I want to make money from writing, that's not what got me into it u know, since I read so many books I started wondering if I could write one myself and I did... Then I stopped cuz school started, then I started this book as a parody with my brother, then I stopped bc I had to focus on the other book, and then I started another book, then stopped when my sis took the pc😭😭 I don't want to live a life where I look back at all my unfinished dreams u know... So that's y I'm going to give it my all! No matter how small the word count I write, I will write daily😭 and also thanks guys for joining me on this ride. I'll make sure to write the greatest, most funniest piece of literature to date😖

[BOB.C]: This may be out of character but I do have a piece of advice for you, I once heard a wise man say, "There is a fire within every man, one only needs to find that which turns their fire into a raging inferno." If this rly gets u riled up, if it stiers ur spirit, then do it! Do it with ur heart and soul! Do it with a clear conscience and if no one reads it, then be satisfied with the contribution you've made to the literary world! Be satisfied that you had the courage to pour out your heart into this beautiful fictional piece.

[Reader]: That was... How can I put it... Strange... But from your words [Author] I have felt it! I have felt the embers of your fire! So you better deliver!

[Author]: I ought to!

*The three felt smtn stir in their hearts, it was the fire that they felt on rare occasions... Although the chat had ended, the feeling never left the three. They were filled with a newfound desire. A desire to be better. To be true to themselves.*
