I try to remember my faintest memory...I remember. Death.
I am Light Yagami otherwise known as Kira. I picked up the Death Note and started my conquest to become God of the new world. That was my worst mistake. At the end of it all, I was defeated by Near and ended up dying.
Light: "All the innocent people that lost their lives because of me...I don't deserve to go to heaven."
I wanted to change the world however the Death Note corrupted me, I ended up killing anyone that didn't agree with my ideas and my God complex didn't help with that.
Well, I guess I'm stuck here, I guess this is the nothingness Ryuk was talking about. The place I am in is pitch black...however just as I was thinking about that, I see a bright white light cover the area in which I am in.
Light: "What's happening?!"
Am I going to get reincarnated? No why would that happen to me? I don't deserve to live again after I caused the death of my own father and L. Not to mention my mother and sister are suffering because of my selfish desires...soon after that, I got reincarnated.
I was put in a white room with other children.
Is this my punishment? All these other kids, are the people that committed unthinkable things in their previous lives as well? No...I'm thinking too deep into it, but what if the place I'm in isn't even on earth? Of course, soon after that, I learned that I was in fact on earth however, it was different than the one I previously lived in. NO...this earth, this world is truly..rotten.
