Celine tried to hold back from uttering any response. She thought it was good for all of the people involved.
"Umg, there's a small restaurant. Come on, let's eat there," suggested Dareen.
However, it was still the same, Celine just kept driving toward the restaurant Darren was referring to without a word escaping her mouth as response.
The atmosphere was getting stiff. Although Darren had occasionally tried to break the frozen atmosphere, Celine's stance was quite high. So that whatever Darren said, just passed away without answer or response.
"Yas, we've arrived. My stomach has been rumbling since earlier. Maybe it's messed up right now, after waiting so long to be filled with food." And, again, it was Darren who continued chattering happily. The hope was still the same, Celine would melt at some point and reciprocate his enthusiasm. But without asking, the result was the same, nothing special!
