"Please state your name and age for the recording." the voice droned on once again and the ginger girl looked up her eyes wide with fear and apprehension.
"Margaret Friday and I'm sixteen years old." the girl replied as she looked down at the ground. Playing with her hands.
"What was your relationship to the victim?" the voice asked once again. The girl looked up then.
"S-she was my best friend." she replied.
"What happened?" the voice asked it's time was now more gentle.
"Well it all happened when..."

Margaret stood on her own. Leaning against the back of her chair. Madeline was on the chair near by and at a desk standing up, was Reginald. Margaret glanced around nervously her eyes taking in the jury and the judge in front of her.
They were in court....
Elizabeth walked into the court room she gave. Madeline and Margaret a quick glance and she frowned as she sat behind them. But Madeline turned around and her glare was harsh. Making Elizabeth shrink slightly.
"Hey! You're not allowed to be hear! Go away!" she snapped. Elizabeth opened her mouth to object but she shut it thinking better of doing that and walked over to a different chair on the far side of Margaret. Margaret glanced at the girl then and she smiled slightly. But Elizabeth didn't return it as she was staring at Madeline longingly.
"We're all here today on the....." the judge began but Madeline raised her hand.
"Your honour! Is this a t.v. series? Are we on tv?" Madeline asked making the judge glare at her.
"I'm judge Grinder not Rinder." he snapped before he opened his mouth to continue with his speech but Madeline yet again interrupted him.
"You created that dating app then? Are you gay?" Madeline asked raising an brow and folding her arms leaning back on her seat. Margaret glared at her as he anxiety started to boil. Elizabeth gave Madeline a incredulous look which was also filled with admiration.
"No! I don't! Now can we continue with the case at hand?" the judge asked her. Madeline sat back and nodded.
"Yes." Madeline told him her eyes searching the room yet again.
"You were called here because this girl, 'Margaret Friday' had reported that you had raped her and she is now pregnant with your child?" the judge asked Reginald turning to him along with everyone else. Reginald opened his mouth to reject. But Margaret shook her head.
"I never said that." she stated softly but Madeline turned to her with a glare.
"Yes you did. He also slapped us, your honour! I also wamt her to get an abortion." she told them as she glared at Margaret and then turned to the judge.
"No!" Margaret shout/whispered her eyes wide with horror at getting rid of her own child.
"Okay then. What have you got to say about this, Reginald Hamilton?" the judge asked turning to Reginald. He looked back at him and crossed his arms.
"I did not rape her! And I to want her to have an blasted abortion! We won't be able to look after a child. Especially seeing as we're not married." Reginald told the judge making everyone's eyes wide. Margaret stared at Reginald and Madeline then realised that they weren't going to win this court case. She stood up and a red at Margaret.
"I can't believe you lied, Peggy! You dragged me all the way into court to get my own brother arrested. You wasted my time, space, money and relationships!" Madeline cried before dramatically tilting her head back and crying. Everyone watched her before they turned to Margaret.
"This case is closed." the judge told them all. Margaret's eyes widened in shock and she stood up shaking her head.
"No! Please hear me out!" she begged the man behind the desk.
"Margaret Friday. You will be paying five hundred pounds to Madeline and Reginald Hamilton. Each. As composation." the judge told her. Margaret's eyes widened and she leaned onto the table slightly.
"You didn't even my side of the story!" she cried but the judge shook his head and turned away.
Elizabeth looked up and her eyes landed on the expensive bracelet around her wrist. She smirked. Elizabeth walked over to Madeline and leaned forward slightly.
"You see that bracelet? Well it's really expensive." she whispered to the 'Queen Bee' of the school. Madeline looked up then as well and her eyes landed on the bracelet she smirked she then looked at Elizabeth from the corner of her eye.
"Thanks, dumb Lizzie." she told her, Elizabeth sighed she should of expected that.
"You're honour! She's also got a bracelet that's really expensive!" Madeline told the judge turned around. He didn't want to listen to her voice so he nodded his head slightly and grinned.
"Very well. Margaret give the bracelet to, Madeline." the judge ordered be he ran out of the court. Margaret gave her bracelet to Madeline and then ran away. Elizabeth crept of as well. Madeline and Reginald were left behind. Reginald was about to put a hand on his sister's shoulder.
"Thanks for...." he started but Madeline shrugged him of making him withdraw.
"Go away. I still haven't forgiven you." She snapped before she walked away. Reginald sighed as he looked at the floor sadly.
Margaret walked towards Madeline as the popular girl sat on her own. She stood in front of her. Madeline looked up and at Margaret. She blinked three time before she looked back down at her phone.
"Maddie how could you, betray me like that! And in court!" Margaret shouted in exasperation. Madeline looked up at her with little to no emotion.
"I did it to get out of trouble." Madeline replied as she ran a hand threw her hair. Margaret scowled.
"By throwing me under the bus?!" she snapped angry. Her shoulders tensed. Madeline looked up and then nodded.
"Yes. Now go away. You're no friend of mine." Madeline snapped before she turned back to her phone. Margaret opened her mouth to argue but no sound came out. She sighed and then walked away.
"You'll pay, Maddie. You'll pay." she hissed putting her hand in her pockets.

"So you got pregnant with her brother. And then started fighting?" the voice asked. Margaret nodded her head and just like that the voice made a sound of approval.
"Wait here for further questioning." the voice ordered. At that there was silence as Margaret went away. Out of the shadows a man appeared a pad under his arms. He looked threw everything he needed. Before his eyes widened.
"Oh no..." he's not responding.
"They didn't kill her."
