The sun rose in the sky turning it bright. It hurt my eyes. I sat up and looked around. The world to me it is black, gray, and to others it is bright, colorful, and alive. I took another look around what I call my room, dark and gray. I pick out my clothes which are blue pants and a black shirt. I took a shower and got dressed. I didn't even reach the door to hear their high pitched screams from here. "Hey! Keep it down you two. I can hear you from here!"
"That's for you," a voice whispered to me.
I jumped and turned to see red. "Red stop doing that," I held my hand over my heart. It was beating so fast.
"Maybe just maybe I wont," I sighed at him as he walked away, his red hair flowing behind him. He was wearing a blue shirt cut a little above his waist and his black pants, and chains necklace and brackets. For a moment I saw him as a little kid, someone who doesn't know what the world has for him. He looked so cute back there, we all did before we found out the truth about the world.
"Hey, Hey you listening?" I look up to see red again.
"Yeah."
"Sure you are, wait what was I going to say? Oh yeah the FBI is here and are trying to find the rose killer,"
"Well, they will never find her."
"They aren't looking for her."
"They are searching for the copycat and not her."
"Good."
"Let's hope they don't find her."
"I thought you wanted her to be found," I laugh while lightly hitting him.
"Yeah last week I did but not today and I was joking."
"Sure Red, sure you were."
"Bye, Grace."
"Bye Red," I started to walk downstairs. The walls went from a nice faded red with flowers on it to a faded yellow with children's drawings on it and some of ours. People walking past me, looking at me and stating, some stopped.
"Miss Grace it's nice to see you," "Good Day Miss Grace," People tried to talk to me but I didn't listen. I didn't want to hear them. One of them caught my ear or eyes? I turn around to a girl.
