"Fine. But you can't sleep on the bed."
Is what I said but why the hell is he lying next to me?! I forgot about his sleep-walking habits. He somehow moved from the floor to the bed whilst I was asleep.
As his arms hug me tighter against him, I try not to slap his hands off me. Why do I always end up in weird situations with this guy?
"Don't leave me Tin..." He whimpers in his sleep. Is he dreaming about me? He must be scared that I'll leave.
"You're a difficult person but I won't leave you again." I promise as I gently touch his hands. Is the darkness making me weak?

I wake up to the feel of something soft against my mouth. Flicking my eyelids open, my eyes widen at Panda King in front of me. He is still asleep but his lips are pressed on mine.
How many times have we accidentally kissed now? I've lost count. Why does this man have a habit of making me feel strange?
Pulling away, I gasp and get out of bed. I splash cold water on my face.
You can't have these feelings Tina! There's only a business relationship between you! You can't cross the line! I scold myself as I stare at my reflection in the bathroom mirror.
When I head back into the room, Panda is still asleep. I glance at the time and gasp in horror.
"We're late!" It's already 9am and Pan has a meeting at 10am today.
I pull the covers off Pan and try to wake him up but he groans sleepily. "Few more minutes. Let me sleep."
Sighing, I contemplate whether I would escape his wrath if I woke him up by dousing him in cold water.
"Pan, you'll be late for your meeting!" I say loudly as he subconsciously fights with me to put the covers back over his body.
"No! Let me sleep." He pulls harder and I end up being pulled along with the momentum. Shockingly, I land on top of Pan.
I really need to wake him up. What can I do?
"If you don't wake up, don't blame me for kissing you." I lean over and whisper into his ear as seductively as I can. Of course I am speaking nonsense because I need him to wake up right now.
I feel his body stir from under me and wait for his eyes to slowly open.
"Tin? Good morning." His sleep-filled husky voice is a treat to my ears and I feel my face warming up.
"G-Good morning but we're late. You've got a meeting in a few minutes!" I say urgently.
"What?! Why didn't you wake me up earlier?!" He jumps up in a panic, causing me to almost topple off him.
"I tried but you wouldn't wake up!" I say. Is he blaming me for not waking him up?

The meeting is boring as usual and I don't understand any of the special terms they use. I stand up as Pan ends the meeting.
"Let's go for lunch." He says as I follow him down the corridors.
"Good, I'm getting hungry." I grin, happy at the thought of food.
The corners of Pan's mouth twitches and I know he is trying to hold back his laughter. In the company, he is known as a cold, unapproachable CEO and to keep up his reputation as such, he doesn't laugh or smile at all during office hours.
"Mr King! There's an urgent call for you." One of the staff from the reception runs over to us with a hand phone.
Panda's facial expression turns serious and his lips turn down into a frown as he speaks on the phone. Is something wrong?
"Tin, change of plans. I need to go to the police station right now." Pan says as he hands the phone back to the reception staff.
"What's wr–"
"I'll explain later. Let's go." He disrupts my question and briskly walks out of the building.
It must be something big. I glance a few times at him through the mirror as I drive. Why would he be involved with the cops? He didn't seem happy about it when he was on the phone.
When we walk into the police station, my eyes widen in shock as I see a familiar face. Why is the rich man from the night club here?! I glance around but there is no way I can subtly escape because the man is staring at Panda King with a smirk. His face seems a little bruised. Is that the work of my saviour?
I stay behind Pan, making sure that the man can't see me properly. As Pan walks closer, I quickly grab the hat he is wearing and slide it onto my head, pulling the front of the beanie hat down over my forehead. As long as the man doesn't realise that I am the "bar-girl" he harassed last time, I'll be fine.
"I believe you understand why we have called you here Mr Panda King. As we explained, Mr Theodore Emmet has shown us evidence of him being abused and assaulted by you Mr King. He has put charges against you."
"Have you watched the CCTV footage of the night club?" Pan asks nonchalantly. He still has a poker face. Is he not affected by the police's statement?
The policemen stare at each other before turning to Panda. "We have watched the footage which Mr Emmet has brought to us."
They turn the laptop towards us and play the clip. My mouth hangs open as I watch Panda attack Theodore Emmet.
Why is this the same place where the man forced me to drink? It can't be such a coincidence. There must be something else to this. Pan wouldn't attack someone one-sidedly.
"Has he told you why I punched him?" Pan asks. Is he really admitting to attacking him?
The police glance at Theodore Emmet and shake their heads.
Panda pats Theodore's shoulder and I see him visibly flinch away. "Why don't you tell them?" Pan's voice is quiet and threatening and even makes me shiver a little. I haven't seen Panda like this before.
"So what happened exactly?" The police asks staring between Theodore and Panda.
"Uh..." Theodore seems nervous as he keeps his eyes down. "N-Nothing happened! This man punched me first like you saw."
A terrifying look flashes in Panda's icy eyes as he glares at Theodore. "Tell them the truth." He says coldly.
"That's enough Mr King. We will try to gather more evidence and call you again." The policeman says.
Panda glares one more time at Theodore Emmet before walking out of the police station.
My mind is on fire as I think back to their conversation and the footage.
Does that mean my saviour was actually none other than Panda King?!
I stare at his back as we walk back to the car and laugh to myself. There's no way it could be him. He has a phobia of women so he wouldn't even approach a woman at all.
"What's so funny?"
"Ow!" I exclaim as I bump into his back. I didn't notice him stop.
"I asked you what's so funny Tin?" He says, staring at me.
"N-Nothing." I smile. "Let's go."
Panda grunts and sits inside.
Panda King, could it really be you that night? Why was I naked when I woke up?
My mind is full of unasked questions but I know that I won't be able to ask him anything without revealing the truth that it was actually me.
"I never expected to bring Panda King to a police station for charges of assault." I say, trying to lighten the mood.
"Laugh all you want Tin. That Theodore Emmet will regret not confessing the truth." He mutters from the back seat.
"What's the truth?" I ask hesitantly.
"You don't need to know." He says sternly.
I grin. What else did I expect him to say?
