"Dear player, these fishes will help with gaining EXP. One fish equates to ten thousand EXP." The small boy, with his mouth full of yellow braces, smiled while showing Qiong Lian the different bags of fish.
It had been over several days already, and Qiong Lian was staring deadly at the sky as she watched the moon pass over her head again.
This random NPC had spotted her sitting in the same position for several hours, but God's knows what had possessed him to start harassing her.
Day in and day out, this NPC didn't even go back home to rest as he advertised his bag of fishes continuously.
Even if he wasn't tired standing up all day talking without a rest, but she, Qiong Lian, felt like her ears were going mouldy and her brain was slowly losing sanity.
"Brother-" Qiong Lian opened her mouth only to be cut off.
"Dear player, EXP is precious, gaining EXP will help you unlock different features. For example, level five will unlock the guild function, and level ten will unlock the craft function. Level fifty will unlock the housing function, and level sixty will unlock the marriage and kids function."
EXP. EXP. EXP.
Qiong Lian sighed, her heart felt heavy. When others transmigrate in novels to become heroes in the fantasy worlds or even a seductive heroine of a historical period, why was she stuck inside a VR game being tortured by a random fishmonger?

The NPC rubbed his chin, "I don't think so? My house is outside how will it become mouldy?"
"Outside?"
"Yeap, so I don't need to worry about airing the place out, anyways would you be interested in buying a fish or two?"
Qiong Lian was shocked, hey, game devs aren't you meticulous? You even wrote out an answer like this for an NPC!
Suddenly the ground shook before an enormous roar echoed throughout the entire world.
Then a loud bang followed by a massive reptile body swinging down in Qiong Lian's direction.
Quickly grabbing hold of the still marketing NPC, she wordlessly leapt into the sky, floating there with the little guy dangling from her hand.
"Qin Ting, how could you leave me for a wild man?!" A heroic sounding male voice sounded through the sky before a figure dressed in gentle blue robes appeared on a white crane's back.
"Jiang Feng, you betrayed me first. Just let bygones be bygones!" A seductive woman dressed in red appeared coughing as she dismounted from the broad back of the black dragon that was a heap on the floor.
Qiong Lian whistled as she watched the drama, holy crap was this even part of the game. What kind of episode was this?

Qiong Lian raised a brow when she saw the primary mission. Heh, why were others tasked to collect shellfish for their first mission, but she was assigned to capture a demon? Wasn't this too much to ask from a newbie, aren't you guys being biased, isn't this bullying a noob?

Qiong Lian felt the person in her hand stiffen, she sighed before looking down at the messy fight below.
