The world mainly uses renewable energy and reuses plastic to make plastic roads, [I researched and found out that animal factories raising chicken, pigs, and cows for food produce more greenhouse gases than all of the worlds transportation (correct me on this lol)]

As such our main character eats a f-ton of chicken, signifying he is rich.

Electric cars are used and they have built in solar panels and can be charged [by sticking a long thick)( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)] wire .

Cars are also driven automatically so traffic enforcement rules are barely needed.

A.I exist and some go to work, mostly as engineers and surgeons.

Some brain disorders can be fixed with the neural technology. And humans live for 100 years and as the story goes on the life expectancy increases a bit.

Some expensive metals today will be worth slightly less due to asteroid mining and a temporary lunar base has been established.
