It all started at the age of ten; I had a concussion which brought back memories of my previous life where I played a game that had the same story line as this world and the same character names so I concluded that I had either transmigrated the moment I or should I say Sirius fell unconscious or that I was reborn into this world. At the end everything comes down to just one simple fact: this is my life now and if I'm not careful enough I may lose everything I have and probably die not long after.
I had two years more until the 'villainess' makes her appearance, and exactly how it was in the game she appeared and immediately fell in love with my brother Ares. At the age of twelve! This is stupid but, as a Prince I cannot say such words without ruining my perfect image. As of right now I'm looking at the Male Lead and Villainess drink tea and chat in the garden. The lavender tea helped soothe the stress and anxiety I was feeling.
I turn back to face Lark and say, "Let's go, I want to train with the Quartz Knights, can you help me get ready?" "Of course, Si" Lark replied.
Since that day Lady Celeste has been visiting almost every day and mostly follows Ares around, Raven has also warmed up to her and hangs around Lady Celeste once her lessons are done and over with. There have been several times that I have interacted with her as well. Ever since she got hold of when I train with the knights, she has made it a point to show up and watch me train every day, she has been nicknamed as "the Angel" by the knights. Mostly due to the lack of females in the ranks and those who are there are too masculine to be Angels, their words not mine.
I chuckled a bit remembering when the ladies heard one of the male knights say that, they decide to beat the men up a bit. I'm proud to say our Knights are strong- both genders. But thinking back on the number of times this incident has happened I'm beginning to this that the male knights might be slightly masochistic, the thought made me shudder involuntarily; I didn't let my thoughts freak me out more and left it as it is.
During the past month I've realized that the current Lady Celeste is actually really sweet and kind, an actual angel-like character compared to what I remember about her to be in the game. We have actually become friends and have enjoyed quite a few things in the company of each other. We have a lot of common similarities and likes or dislikes. I sincerely apologized for my cold and rude behavior for when we first met as well.
I decided to try and save her as well if I could.
Today, mother decided to plan the Tea Party with the entire family and Lady Celeste. I was just done with my lessons and was walking towards the garden, Lark following close behind.
I took a seat at the table; we were the last to arrive. The family and Lady Celeste were already there. Lark pulled my chair back so I could seat, then poured some Sage tea. "Thank you Lark"
"Sirius, how was your training today?"
"Everything was the same as usual Father." I replied calmly.
To my right sat Lady Celeste and beside her Ares, on my left sat Raven followed by my father and mother. After we spoke a bit more the conversation steered towards other topics. The evening went quite well, Raven had warmed up very nicely with Lady Celeste and my parents liked her even more right now but, from what I've observed Ares only thinks of her as a friend not as his fiancé or a possible love interest. But then again, he is only ten so his behavior is quite understandable.
Suddenly I felt a hand touch mine and shake me a bit, I look to see who it was. Raven stared at me with her adorably big eyes saying, "Si, Celeste asked you something." her cute baby voice was so cute, did I say cute twice? Well doesn't matter Raven has me wrapped around her cute little fingers, my brain finally processed what my Raven said so I fake coughed a bit and turned to Lady Celeste saying, "I'm sorry Lady Celeste, I was a bit distracted there, you were saying?"
Lady Celeste giggled a bit and said, "Yes, I was asking if you would teach me to use a sword, of course my parents are alright with it but only if you are okay with it as well." I glanced at my parents to see their reaction, it seemed okay with it so I answered, "Of course My Lady, it would be my pleasure."
"And Prince Sirius..." she continued once she had my attention, "Would it be alright if I asked you to drop the formalities with me?"
I smiled, "If that is what you wish, Celeste. Please, call me Sirius as well."
She seemed surprised when I asked her to stop calling me by my title as well. She tried to stammer an excuse so before she could I stopped her, "Celeste, I insist. I'm sure it wouldn't be a problem since I have asked you too." So, saying I glanced towards my parents, they realized that I was asking them to confirm so they did, happily too.
Even after living in this world for the past twelve years, the title is just too much, especially since I was originally a kid from an ordinary middle-class family.
I was about to get ready to go to bed when I heard a soft knock on the door, I replied with a soft, "Come in" not even a second later the door pushed open to reveal my sister bouncing in. She jumped onto my bed saying, "Si! Si! Can you teach me to fight like you as well???" She looked so cute with her eyes shining as she waited for me reply. I giggled and went to sit next to her saying, "If when you grow as old as Ares and still want to learn then I'll definitely teach you." Like any other kid she made a fuss for not getting what she wanted but settled down not long after.
I could not help but go along most of her wishes, my weakness was cute things and by far Raven was the cutest thing in this world. Even in my life before, Raven won the title 'Cutest in the V-World' by a landslide against thousands of different characters from different games. Raven had the cutest baby blue doe like-eyes, and extremely long platinum blonde hair that reaches her knees and the cutest freckles I've ever since. She is sincerely the most loved character that everyone sympathized over once she died. She didn't appear in the game as much as the rest of the main characters but enough to gain everyone's love and tears. In this life I made sure to shower her with all that love so she became really attached to me and often comes to me as well. But I didn't forget Ares either though he does have a bit of a cold and mysterious kind of aura but he is still my beloved brother and I know he cares for all of us just as much. He's probably too shy to show it which is just as cute too. I can't wait for him to grow up and show the real power of his cool and mysterious aura. With his icy dark blue eyes and cool black hair and cute dimpled smile the gap between when he is with family and others is something I am looking to see in real life.
That night Raven and I kept talking for quite a while, then she decided to sleep with me so I brushed her hair for and we lay down snuggling together as we slept. A while after I had gone to sleep, I felt my eyes open but I don't know why, I looked out the window and it was still late night, probably an hour after Raven and I went to sleep. That when I felt something move on my other side so I peeked under the covers only to find Ares there snuggling closer to me, his cheeks looked slightly pink, I chuckled a bit saying, "You are welcome to sleep with me anytime Ares." he only pushed himself closer to me in response. With me in the middle and my cute little siblings on either side of me I thought to myself once again, "I'm glad to have met you both, my shinning stars, my lights"
With that we three fell asleep with small smiles pulling at our lips, another peaceful night in my new life.
