"Sir Theo, wait" clarity called him. Theo stopped on his tracks then look at her but was mesmerized by the sight infront of him. He knows that it's wrong to fall in love with someone and more wrong to fall for the person you met in the woods, but just looking at her, he can't help to stare and appreciate her beauty especially with the sorounding complementing her looks. but he realized that his been looking at her for a while now.
"Im sorry, so can i help with you anything?" he said while trying to calm himself. Clarity didn't notice him shaking nervously and told him "Is there any people escape out of the kingdom?" she asked.
"Tons of them! i think almost all the civilians escaped and only some soldiers and knight's that tried to block the monster beasts was the casualty" theo told her but clarity realized that he didn't mention the king and ask him about it.
"so what about the king, what happened to him?" she asked while getting close to him, theo didn't mind her getting close and in fact was happy with it. "When some of the imperial knight's was leading the civilians, and because of this the defense of the castle dropped. we only realized it when we came to the kings room and saw him dead with a knife stabbed on his heart" theo explained.
"Im sorry to hear ... " she was going to apologized but was interrupted by what he said next "It's fine, nobody really cared about him being assassinated and was even happier with him being dead. Why im saying this? well he's a sh***y (poopy) king in the first place. Taking beautiful wives of poor men and making them his concubines some of them died and fed to the beasts, became a slave and sent to slave traders or was given to a other people as gifts. so him being dead makes this world lessen some pieces of s**t (poop)." he explained while cursing the king between his sentence.
"so this world didn't also escape the corruption and toxic behaviors of humanity huh?" clarity ask herself while comparing this game to the real world.
"what do you mean this world didn't escape from corruption?" theo ask her. she was flabbergasted when she heard his question and quickly made a half truth and half false excuse.
"I'm from another world, i traveled here from my world because it's full of corruption and went here to breathe some fresh air and relax." she explained with a straight face, this is the time when she really used up all her talents in acting skills and was glad to take the extra course for acting.
"ok then, so wanna comeback with me?" theo ask while he stretch out his hands to her. clarity saw his arms and place her hands on it "sure!" she said while smiling making theo also smile and went back to the settlement.
"They're here!" Emily shouted to the others when she saw the both of theo and clarity walking towards them. when they heard emily everyone gathered near the bonfire smiling.
Meng Hua walk to clarity while theo went to the others "We never really showed our gratitude earlier so we made a little feast with the rabbits roland and brandon killed earlier, to show our heartfelt gratitude to you" she told clarity and pulled her to the bonfire with rabbit meats on it.
everyone ate happily and chat with each other talking about their life before escaping the kingdom until midnight. When everyone was going back to their respective cabins meng hua pulled her to somewhere secluded. (where is that secluded space?)
"clarity i have a very VERY important and special gift to you, so you should never let anyone see this unless you trust them with your whole heart" meng hua told her and place a seed om her hands.
"a seed?" she asked while wondering what important with this seed. "yes, but it's not just a normal seed. this seed is one of the world tree's seeds and if they know that YOU have one of this seed, you will be HUNTED DOWN by all the empires known to this world and will only stop until one of them succedds to take it away from your hands" she explained and quickly went back with her son to their cabin.
taking all in what meng hua said, without appraising the world seed she quickly hid the seed on her inventory and went back to her cabin and planned to sleep tonight and log out.
Entering the cabin (which is empty by the way) she saw that the place was quite spacious by the way even though it's called a small log cabin, she look for a place to sleep but didn't saw any thing to sleep on.
