clarity thought of getting a fish but then realized she doesn't have any tools to do so and pick the only option there is, foraging.
she went infront of the forest and look for some items that looks edible. scanning through the trees and bushes, she found a fruit that looks like an apple but didn't dare to eat it, then a panel appeared.

After reading her character information and skill, she then found out the difference of the apple and her items in the inventory.
Opening up her inventory, she saw the beef jerky and took it out for her to see the difference (reasons, * whisper* she's just hungry) with the apple.

After foraging all the fruits she could get she went back to the bonfire when she heard people in the forest. she went back and found the source of the noise.
"Alvis, how far is the nearest kingdom?" the man who looks like a knight told to the mage looking guy. "I don't know, but getting out of there as far as possible is the first priority...
WHOSE THERE?" Alvin shouted. The knight quickly draws his sword and pointed at her.
Clarity showed herself while raising her arms "Im sorry, i just heard some noise and see if they need help." she quickly explained.
The knight put back his sword but didn't let go his hands on it. "We do need help. we needed a place to say our kingdom has been destroyed by the demon beasts." Alvin told her. Clarity breath a sigh of relief that she didn't get herself killed.
"Im Peace of Mind, i still don't have a house or anything but i have a tent for a temporary shelter if you like?" she said but in her mind she's been cursing this people to death. who wouldn't? someone pointed his sword at you threatening to kill you, AND! she's still waiting for her NPCs they might not have any place to safe if she gave it to them.
she spaced out but someone pulled her skirt and saw that it was a cute little bun. "Sister! thank you for helping us" the baby boy bun said but he was quickly pulled back by the knight. "Meng Bao¹ get back here".
she didn't mind though because it's the right thing, never let a kid get close to a stranger.
counting the NPCs she found out there are 10 of them including Alvin and the knight. "Follow me, my area is near here." she said and went back to the bonfire.
she placed all the tents near the bonfire and gave them each Beef Jerky except the knight, she gave him 2 apples.

she was surprised after reading the panel, because she never had the thought of raising her affinity with the two and just help them because she wanted to. (but earlier she was cursing them to death *eyeroll)
The knight walk up to her and place his hands on his shoulder and bowed. "Im sorry Ms. Peace of Mind of my actions earlier, we have been attacked by thieves earlier on the way here and thought that you were one of them."
she stepped back because of his actions but calmed down after hearing his apology. "It's fine, i would also do it, if i were in your shoes" she replied.
"My name is Theo Valdimore, an Imperial Knight of the once glorious Kingdom of Valor." Sir Theo introduce himself, then the supervisor walk beside them and smiled. "and i am Alvin Valdimore his brother and Supervisor of the Perished King of Valor" he said but no grief or sadness is shown on his face.
