Tyler and Kieffer entered Manuel's hospital room. Manuel looked at them but the two guys looked at the girl who was sleeping beside Manuel.
"When I woke up, she was sleeping. I didn't wake her because she seems tired." Manuel said. Kefir went to the other side of the bed while Tyler went to Lanie. He lifted up and carried Lanie on the couch.
"How's your feeling?" Kieffer asked Manuel.
Manuel tilted his headband groaned in pain. He also looked at his cast and touched his face. KIeffer bit his lip as he observed Manuel
"What happened? Where did I get these bruises?" he asked. Kieffer breathed, felt relieved. "The last thing I remembered was when I was in the storage room to put the mop back."
"The supplies in the storage room fell. Luckily, Lanie saw you and called for help." Tyler explained. Manuel nodded but he still seemed a little confused.
