Welcome back! Let's go over what happened last time. The prince found Cinderella hiding behind a cabinet, Cinderella threatened the prince with cutting his finger off, and a unique bond between the prince and Cinderella was made.
Let's see where things go, shall we?
'Fine. Although you are a weird woman, I will take you up on the deal.'
Cinderella scoffed. 'I'm not that weird. You're the one who accepted my deal.'
The prince looked down at her and sighed. 'Fine, whatever.'
Cinderella rolled her eyes and focused on the task at hand. 'Why don't you show me where the crown is, huh? The sooner I'm done with this, the better.'
'I agree. If we hurry up, we can get past the guards before they wake up.' He summoned her over and walked towards the exit. When he opened the door, they were greeted with the music and laughter of young women. The guards were still fast asleep. 'My *censored*, what did you do to them?'
'It's not my doing.' For a second, Cinderella looked apologetic. 'They are still alive. Don't worry about them.' She tried to comfort him, but he looked like he was about to throw up.
'Just-. Stop talking about them, alright?' He cleared his throat.
'But-,'
'Please. Let's move on from the guards...' He looked like he was about to be sick any minute. So Cinderella let it rest, for now.
'And I've come up with a way for you to repay me, as you said.'
That caught her off guard, but she didn't let it show. 'Sure, what is it?'
The prince grinned as he scanned the hallway behind the door, and grabbed her hand. 'Dance with me.'
'You want a ...dance?'
He nodded.
She laughed like she couldn't believe it. 'Are you sure? You want a dance in return for your father's crown?'
Again he nodded.
"You know, for a minute I thought he was crazy. The kind that belongs in a mental hospital. He wanted me and him to dance and after that, I can have a crown jewel, that has been in the family over decades and cost about a fortune."
Don't forget that the crown had also a lot of emotional value, to the king but also the kingdom.
"Isn't it crazy?!"
Well, I don't know. I wasn't the one who danced with him.
"... Just continue please"
Cinderella laughed. 'You keep saying I'm weird, but if I'm weird, you must be an alien or something.' She holds out her hand, and before he could change his mind, she said. 'A dance for a crown. Looks fine to me.'
'Splendid.' When he smirked and took her hand to go inside the hallway, Cinderella somehow felt she lost. Like she miscalculated. It was about a long time she found out what.
