Chapter 3 - 3. Archery

We went back to our cabin after breakfast he grabbed me. "Do you hate me for last night?"

"Do you even remember last night?"

He smiled. "Yeah do you?"

I nodded looking at the floor. He grabbed my chin "are you going to kiss me then?"

I pulled away "what?"

"You told me if I asked when I was sober then you would." He bit his lip.

"I don't think that's a good idea." He smirked and walked back outside.

I almost couldn't breathe. I really enjoyed being around him. I liked him but we were roommates and if I kissed him it would ruin our friendship plus it would make it awkward to stay in the same cabin.

We were teaching the campers archery today. I went out there and grabbed a bow. I was taught in elementary school how to use a baw and arrow so I was the one who would be teaching our campers. I shot at the target hitting right in the middle.

"Alright now while shooting you first have to use the correct stance: feet shoulder width apart, you front foot pointing toward the target. Step two keep your grip relaxed. Step three place the arrow on the bow. Step four is finger position place your three middle fingers alone the string. Your index finger should be above the arrow the middle and ring finger below. Step five pull your fingers back under your chin so the sting touches your nose. Step six use your dominant eye to look down the arrow to align it with the target. Step seven release the arrow on your exhale."

"Why don't you show us on Levi." Robbie said.

I rolled my eyes but knew that I needed to do it. I the bow and arrow in Levi's hands. I kicked his foot so that they were turned the right way and shoulder distance. I grab his right hand putting his fingers where they are supposed to go as I can feel his breathing started to quicken. I pull his arm back my breath on his neck. I feel him loose grip of the arrow so I grab hold of it before it shoots.

"Levi take the arrow." I whisper.

"I can't when I feel your breath on my neck."

"Just finish your almost done."

He grabbed the arrow back pulled it to his chin string on his nose and as he exhaled he released the arrow hitting just outside the center circle.

"Wow!" "That was so great." "Good job Levi. Good job Jackson." All of campers were excited. They all started trying it.

"I'm sorry." He said to me.

I looked at him confused "what are you sorry for?"

"I shouldn't have asked you to kiss me. It wasn't appropriate. I just don't want to loose you as a friend. I'm sorry." He was biting his lip now and not looking at me.

I put my hand on his arm. "Look Levi I just don't think we should kiss again because we don't know each other very well, we could loose our friendship if we do, plus if things go bad it will be weird in the cabin."

"I understand that. But I wouldn't push you any farther than you want to go."

"We can talk about it tonight."

He smiled and nodded. We watched the campers for a while, they were doing well, then we had lunch. After lunch we made sure that everyone could still make fire before starting archery again. We would do this tomorrow and teaching them how to fish and the day after we were going hiking a few miles up the mountain then camping for two nights then coming back.

That night we went back to our cabin and I told him I would kiss him if he really wants me to but he can't be mad at me if I do. He said he wont so I do kiss him again. It was gentle and quick.

He pulled away running his hands through his hair. I laid on my bed as he came over and kissed me. I was on my back he was between my legs kissing me. This kiss was more feverish like he needed it. He started kissing my neck as I moaned. "You can't moan like that." He told me.

"How can you tell me I can't moan?" I asked him with my eyes still closed.

"Because if you moan you will get me hard."

I apologized and bit my lip. He kissed my cheek and went back to his own bed. "Goodnight."

"Are you mad at me?" I ask him.

He chuckled and said "no I just have a headache. I will kiss you again tomorrow. Goodnight Jackson."
