After the game, everyone left in the bus heading off to the party. I turned to Kesha after ending my conversation with Mitch. She jumped down from her position on her car. "Get a cab, I am not taking you home" she said and slammed her car door shut. I laughed thinking she was joking. "Don't play with me Kesha" I said. She started the car and I stood there shocked, was she serious? "What?" she asked after rolling down her windows. "Are you going to leave me in a strange school, somewhere I am not used to?" I asked her and she laughed. What was funny? I was in a new environment an hour away from home and she was laughing and planning to leave me here. was she being serious?
