Matthew's POV
"Are you sure you don't want to sell it?" Mr. Garcia asked me for the hundredth time today.
I looked at the house, exhaled, and smiled as I shake my head "No, Mr. Garcia, I won't sell it."
"It's a thousand dollars more, Matthew, think about it." he tried to pursue me again.
I looked at him and smiled "It's a handsome offer, but, no, I won't sell it. My mother loves this house."
"Well, in case you change your mind, here's my card."
I stare at the card in his hand and not wanting to disappoint him any further, I politely took it and read his name and number printed on it "Got it."
"Great, call me first if you happen to change your mind."
"I will."
"Say hi to your sister for me," he said before entering his car.
I chuckled and nodded "I'll tell her you dropped by." I said. I watch him as his car drives away, leaving a trail of dust and smoke in its wake.
