She won this time. When the doctor arrives, he told us she has a sprained ankle and that she needs to stay in bed for the rest of the day and keep her ankle off the pressure. I don't know how she did that, but I saw in the doctor's eyes that it was all staged.
To my dismay, she kept asking for Shawn, telling him she's scared to be alone and such, so Shawn, being the gentleman that he is and doesn't want to disappoint his parents, stayed in her room, keeping her company.
And as for me, well, I spent the rest of my day hanging out with Elena. We did horseback riding again, and went to the back farm and count the chickens. Yes, I literally counted the chickens just to keep my mind away from Shawn and Veronica in the same room.
